My anniversary with an ex. Was 9/11 and she was 3 minutes away from being a leap year baby, which made her birthday easy to remember too. Another ex. Had the same birthday as Hitler, she didn’t appreciate me singing, "happy birthday dear Adolf…" to her.

Personally I pay little attention to these supposed death threats these days. I think the age of social media has made things worse but some people have pretty much lost all social filters through prolonged online anonymity. Acting hard on the internet or in letters is one thing, actual having the capability and desire to carry it out is something else.

I think under Selles we’ll be better than Jones but not as good as Ralph, who was himself a point off safety, albeit with an inferior squad. All things considered I think Jones has done too much damage, right in the period we should have been harvesting points, to stay up.

They’re a lost cause, they will be finished in a couple of weeks (copyright April 2022). I’m willing to bet the majority of them don’t, even those in Russia, but they continue to toe the line out of fear, lining their own pockets or a combination thereof.

Yes, Salisu has made over 60 Prem appearances over the last two years, he’s not new to this league. He’s been here long enough to see us play every team five times. Salisu is a long way from perfect but he’s better than Bednarek.

Just not one as crap as Bednarek. Salisu and DCC have more than enough experience between them to partner ABK, they aren’t kids. Bednarek’s unique ability to score the opener in a 3-2 defeat and being the only footballer in PL history to score -7 in a fantasy football game week don’t add anything to our team. He is our fifth best centre half. I don’t care that he had a good game at Chelsea, he hasn’t suddenly become good.

Why on Earth would the club want to make it look like they failed to land Jesse Marsch?

Ralph picked him because he had very little choice, it was either him, Redmond, Djenepo, Aribo or Walcott most of the time. It remains to be seen what Selles’ team looks like long term and how that plays out but Jones I wouldn’t trust to pick his own nose. Overall, I’m not reading much into it. He’s crap.

I don’t think that really follows, it just means that Man City are getting a slice of the pie for no real benefit to him or his agent. I would have thought they’d be able to negotiate a much larger slice for themselves with fewer people involved, signing directly for Chelsea.
