One of few times I've thought Koeman absolutely b*llocked his tactics. Playing hoof aimless football against a team that plays aimless hoof football is dumb. They were probably delighted to see us play like that. We look half the team of last year. All that effort gone in a flash. Pathetic!

Well glad that has been cleared up. Sadly our best players are always going to be subject to rumours each window. If it unsettles us (just look at this thread!) then it must be really unsettling for the player(s).

Selling Mane this window would be totally insane hence I don't believe it. He is by far our best attacker and probably best player. Koeman is usually pretty quick to rubbish any newspaper talk and based on the Fonte story would presume this is absolute horse sh!t.

Poor set up first half and the worst organisation defensively I've seen of us under Koeman. Full backs exposed time after time. Yoshida was very poor and Targett had a nightmare. Radical was also woeful first half. Need the new CB asap and Bertrand back fit. Positives are that Romeou (spelling!) was brilliant, deserves to start next week. Pelle was very mobile and Mane played well.
