Its actually quite scary the difference Les Reed leaving has made. Yoshi and Armstrong in, more attacking football. How can he have had such a negative impact on the club. Scary!! Come on Gabbi!

I'll tell you one thing. Now that Reed has gone, you can widen the shortlist to managers under contract

Kat Leibherr. What a legacy.
-
Very coincidental that he's going now. Statement less than 3hours old... I'd certainly take him, he has done a fantastic job at Brentford and is the kind of name we should be looking at more regularly.
-
Following all his negative PR spin and personality assassinations that he sanctioned... why should he then get a better send off. They did more for this club than he ever did.
-
Spot on. The revisionism is bizzare from so many. Once he got his sweaty paws on the steering wheel he utterly dismantled Cortese legacy over 3 windows... Lets not forget that first summer.... "Nobody will be sold", season ticket renewals close..... Lambert sold, lallana sold, lovren sold, shaw sold, chambers sold... etc etc etc... all of which only stopped when the fans turned on the club over the chambers transfer of all of them... Negative PR over almost every departure, lying to the fans... Got rid of Poch, the scouting set up and the rest of that team all in quick succession. but still - "Praise be to the almighty Les Reed" - after all, don't forget he single handedly kept Kelvin at the club and signed Lambert, Fonte, Hammond, puncheon et al.... oh wait....
-
Hats off to those who have called for this for so long. Needed to happen ever since Lambert was sold. Lying peice of **** who tried to take credit for everything and blame for nothing. Utterley dismantled the promotion heritage inside 3 transfer windows and destroyed the fans bond with the team. In my opinion we had a good chance of finishing top 4 if his tenure had not happened. We would certainly would not be in the mess we have been for the past 3 seasons under his predecessor. He has been more damaging for the football club than Lowe for me. And at least Lowe sold players to finance the club's infrastructure and give us a stadium and strong academy. This bell end did over some deluded ego and a pay packet.

Wenger Vierra. Now.
-
Wenger is said he'll be back in work soon. Just saying.

Well done to everyone who has been vocal in opposition to Led Reed since Cortese was ousted. Not been an easy journey, but at least he has received some kind of comeuppance. Who has faith that with Gao and RK we'll manage to turn the ship around however? I do not. Les Reed is just one of many that need replacing!

I'll say one thing. Brexit will be better for the country than if Labour / Peoples Vote manage to force a GE and topple the government. Would cause more delays, economic carnage, and lead to an even worse deal. All IHO. Its done, time to crack on with it. And if the government step to far out of line they'd be gone PDQ due to their laughable minority position.

Well, Jezza also cheated on his wife with her...

That is not correct

If wearing the poppy becomes mandatory then it will lose its meaning and power. I may not agree with him, but to each his own. It is a shame that he feels unable to pay his respects to those that died so he has the freedom to express that view point.

I'd leave. Like it or not, there was a democratic vote and result. I honestly think it was never meant (or going) to be an unbiased argument, and in truth, the government used a tax payer funded leaflet to spread their own message. Either way, the remain side really messed about and lost at their own game. The decision is done now. It would do incredible damage to this country to try and undo it - I think it would be a generational death knell for our democracy at least. I personally also think we will get a very poor deal if we go back on it (goodbye rebate etc), let alone the damage it would do to Britain's reputation and standing in world politics/trade. As for the EU itself. If you take the emotions and political ideologies out of this, there really should be no reason not to strike an open and beneficial trade deal between the UK and the EU. The fact that this simply hasn't happened says an unfortunately large amount about either the EU's ability to function, or on their future EU ambitions on British industries. Either way it should make for uncomfortable thought experiments when considering the future. We could have been seen as long term allies and trading partners who have chosen to go another way, instead I feel very much that we have been treated as prize cattle from which they wish to chose their cuts. If that is the case, and given DC's previous inability to extract any concessions, maybe we really are better off under our own sovereign democracy... Even if it does give us a the choice of Jezzabelle or Maybot I think whichever way you voted, its hard to ignore the harm undoing it will do, and its hard to look at the prospective deal on offer and be happy. Not a great place to be - and a very sad indictment of our current political leaders. Also Bexy, I am sorry to say this, but if you believe that twitter blog from James Patrick then you are giving into some serious Hysteria and need to take a break or step back. That simply won't be happening and you can come quote me in march next year

I would take that. But there is zero chance of him tolerating this board.

Haven't clicked on the article. Looks like a caricature of David Luiz to me?

-

Playing higher up and using JWP and redmond more. Better. but far far far too late. Irony being JWP is our best player this half
-
If you believe that you are a total fool. Our momentum curve bottoms out in the lower leagues. Bankrupt and youth prospects sold for peanuts.
-
So you either disagree and think Reed should say. Or you are doing feck all to fix the issue whilst knocking a guy in Glasgow for not protesting...
-
Obvious foul on Cedric. Not that it matters.
