I didn't see the South Today interview; but on the Radio Solent interview played at 7pm, TL said their Lawyers would be going over the FL comments tonight, and probably all night, and would be going back to the FL tomorrow morning.

Lol. However. I think it's about more than the 10 points. If we except the -10, we except we were in admin. If we were in admin we need a CVA or face another -15. We can't get a CVA because we were never in admin in the eyes of the law. I could be wrong though.

There a hell of a lot wrong with Marc Jackson talking about making a bid. He has no money, no contacts and lives in a fantasy world. He could not win the race for Saints if he was the only one in it. But.. By now claiming he has 'new middle eastern money' and won't apeal the points deduction he is undermining Pinnacles negotiating position with the football league. He is a chancer, a fantasist, and an attention seeker.

I posted similar on another thread. He was just an interesting circus side show. But the FL don't know he is a clown and his presence just undermines Pinnacles bargaining position. The Echo should stop giving this loon the oxygen of publicity he seems to grave.

I can balance that though. I was out Alton/ Petersfield way yesterday which i thought was home to the blue few. Didn't see one, but saw two Saints Shirts and 2 saints car stickers.

Well illustrated FarehamRed, There are too many people on here suggesting 'morally' we should except the -10 points and move on. Morals is neither here nor there in this instance. It's about rules, and if for whatever reason we haven't broken the letter of the Law we shouldn't be punished. Thats what a rule book is for. If it were about morals we could all sit around in a big circle holding hands and search are conscience over every dodgy offside decision.

Reading the interview with MJ in the Pink today simply illustrates what a turnip this guy is. He no longer has his original backers, but, has managed to whistle up new middle eastern ones and all the money is with a solicitor ready to go. Yeah right. He would be just an interesting side show but for the fact the FL don't know he's a clown, all they know is another consortium are claiming they are ready to go and won't challenge the -10 points. This just muddies the waters for Pinnacle and potentialy undermines there negotiating position. MJ is certainly no friend of SFC and the Echo/Pink should stop giving this loon the attention he seeks.

If their case is so water tight as you suggest, why are they (FL) so bothered about Pinnacle agreeing not to appeal? Why not let Pinnacle (or by then SFC) have their day in court, win the case and have their costs met?

My advice to you Tony, if I may be so bold, is to sue those pen-pushing amateurs at the football league collectively and that tory runt Mawhinny specificaly if they foul this up. If their -10 point penalty was fair and true the sniveling little ****sters wouldn't be asking anyone to sign away their right to appeal. If you need further legal advice pm me.

It would be good to hear from Fry directly, but the picture I'm getting is that the Football League, led by that Tory Pr*ck Mawhinney, will only play ball if we agree not to challenge their Bulls**t 10 points deduction and thus expose their amateurism

I don't know why everyone is so anti Dowie. Obviously he wouldn't be my first choice, but we are where we are, and Dowie has had some successes as a manager, a few failures too granted, but I can think of a lot worse.

I do think we are all going to be a little underwhelmed with the info coming out today. I'm sure everything will be fine, but announcements of new managers and the manifesto for the future will follow next week once the new board have had a chance to draw breath after the take over. Just my guess.
