This would make sense. The fact that an incident occurs and within 10 seconds everybody watching on Sky (and sometimes in the stadium) can see if the decision was right or wrong is frankly a joke.
-
Because everybody gathering round the referee or walking off to chat to the manager and grab a drink doesn't 'hamper the flow of the game', right? Surely the tech comes into play when the ball goes out, rather than interrupting the game, it's not a difficult concept. There's no point arguing with you, you've obviously decided on your opinion and won't budge. Doesn't make a difference. Goal line technology has been a success; the refereeing this season has been a shambles almost unanimously. The combination of these two means there will be more technology coming into the game, no doubt about it.

There's a fairly obvious clue in his username as to why he's so against video tech. Strangely enough, I seem to remember a lot of posters on here saying similar things about goal line technology. What a disaster that's been, right?

What on Earth are you going to find to complain about in a few years when we're regularly challenging for top 4 spots?
-
Total of 189 minutes played, around 38 minutes per appearance. I think you're being a bit harsh. Personally I'd try to loan him for another season.
-
Can't imagine they'll buy him, he's not exactly been brilliant for them. I don't expect we'll sell either, we'll need all the players we can get for Europe.
-
Eh, Morgan never used to either, look at his first 10 games this season with a little bit of Koeman magic!
-
Mane vs O'Shea and Wes Brown? Should be a laugh.
-
Somebody's angling for a pay rise.
-
We miss Lallana. I wouldn't have him back, the pr*ck, but he's the type of player we've been missing.
-
Wanyama back in for Yoshi, somebody decent in for Davis (Tadic or maybe one of the U21s, Hesketh looks good in a similar position) and we're golden. Mane and Pelle combined well.

England footballer 'arrested over underage sex allegations'
igsey replied to Twiggy's topic in The Lounge
Adam Johnson has been charged for three lots of underage sexual activity today. -
Rodriguez has returned - BREAKING: NEW CONTRACT SIGNED

I'll write an apology to Mike Coupe immediately. -
Well, Hernandez's price has just gone up.
-
Also relevant: 64% of Arsenal's followers are bots (i.e. fake accounts).

I'd look at it more as we owed him - after all, he was playing for us when he got injured. If I got injured at work and was unable to return for a year, I'd take their money and then continue looking for a better job that pays more. -
Looking pretty even so far. Fantastic 40 yard pass from Reed to McQueen in space just now.
-
He can't afford £5 towards SG's curry fund, I don't think I'd trust him to spend millions of pounds on a striker.
-
Liverpool fans all over Twitter today with comments like "Klopp wouldn't have brought Glen Johnson on when we're a goal down at Wembley" and "Klopp will win us the league" etc. etc. What a tedious bunch of fans. Hope he stays away from the PL.

Lovren has been awful! Couldn't have happened to a nicer bloke. Good to see Rickie getting what, a whole 4 minutes, after Balotelli came on at half time and (yet again) did absolutely nothing useful.
-
Isn't Reed playing in the U21 final tomorrow? Would make sense to rest him against Stoke then.
-
In the picture they do; they then tweet afterwards the team in words, in the order of the lineup from back to front. The order lists Clyne, three CBs then Bertrand, rather than Bertrand then Toby, therefore we're playing a 3-5-2 (assuming the people running the twitter have inside information).

To be collected at the Liverpool end of year award I believe
-
Lovren got his head somewhere else? He's doing his best to get shipped out - blatent foul in the box that should have been a Newcastle penalty, and now he's just jumped onto Can's foot, trying to cripple their last remaining half-decent defender!
