Ties in with what VFTT has told us We simply cannot keep decent players, this wont change while Kat/Les are running things
-
Its what people do, happens all the time Same with Shane Long "no goals in his last 19 league games" when the reality is hes played only 90 minutes in the league once (& scored) this season and the rest hes been sub or taken off. Hes played 553 minutes this season = the equivalent of 6 games not 19

Seems so - An Eric Black Out poll would be telling. Puel is what 47/53 in favor, would guess Black would be higher. They are a package as far as im concernwed - Puel out, black out and vice versa

Questions have been asked - answers not yet recieved. http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?56928-Where-is-all-the-money-going

Guys sounds a right laugh 50 mates?
-
Can't argue with that - but he needs to win something soon I don't think they'll win the league this year, FA cup might be a start
-
He lost the title to Leicester? And then blew 2nd place Like i said hes done nothing different than the 3 spurs managers before him He needs to win something/ anything
-
Mopo playing style is decent but hes yet to win anything (yet) Spurs have been finishing top 5 for last 10 years so hes not done anything different than Redknapp, AVB and Sherwood did.
-
Might be worth getting the tickets on the membership history.... Might help when the cup final ticket allocation gets dripped out
-
The cupboard is almost bare mate and i think Kat will milk us for a bit more (VVD) before selling
-
Weve seen all that before - Trousers posted the link What we haven't seen is the accounts for last year - normally out around October / November The last financial results available are for the 14/15 season and were made available October 2015. Showed we made huge pre and post tax profits
-
So nothing for 18 months or so? Seem odd to you?
-
Not seen last years - have you? Normally out October/ November time
-
Macquarie Bank We must be going big this window...... Brilliant James Rodríguez maybe
-
Paper lies and anti Saints agenda trying to destabilise our great club We offered Fonte 85k a week and VVD (70) Austin (70-100)
-
Are you sure it didnt say Southampton eyeing a loan move for Paris Saint-Germain's Hatem Ben Arfa? We wouldnt need a loan - we have sold £230m worth of players/managers + recieved over £250m from TV, league finishes and gates last 3 years We are loaded
-
We need a new poll please mods Puel In / Out 2017 Edition v2

The club has made massive progress the last few years, a few bumps were probably inevitable. Seems to me like Reed was looking for the safe approach this summer and went for Puel as hes a bit older and has shown loyalty in the past to a club (17 years at Monaco) probably hoped hed do well and we could keep hold of him long-term. Failure i can live with its the not trying i can't handle and given our position 8th, 7th and 6th last few years Reed should have been more brave, trusted himself a bit more. NOT taken a 7 iron off the tee on a par 5. Puel and Black were never the golden ticket - a manager with zero trophies in 16 years and the ex Rotherham coach.... Give me strength FFS We gambled, we lost - lets pick ourselves up and move on (without Puel n his mate Black) C'est la vie

Papa Waigo and Jason Euell

The difference between finishing 7th and 17th can be as much as £15-20m a year the way that merit and facility fees are paid. Before you consider impact on commercial income too
-
Jeff is right this is like Brexit - the minority hating on the majority and resorting to insults to let of steam.
-
Haha fair enough, I can only speak personally I guess and I wasn't feeling the same way this time last season. Seems some were however Lets hope Puel does turn the corner like Koeman did. Guess i was probably more patient as he'd built up some goodwill in his first season finishing 7th despite the £105m outgoing transfers that summer
-
I have looked and trust me a few would have bumped them by now with "golden post" if there was much to see. There really wasn't - i think this time last year the majority (including me) were disappointed in a handful of performances but also optimistic it was all about to click. Sure enough it did and the rest is history. This isnt the same as last year (for me at least)

Palace one win in 15 Hull one win in 16 Yep both against us
