That's a shame, I was hoping we could squeeze in a 'what a waste of money' song for him tomorrow, amongst all the sack MP, sack the board, hope we lose chants.
Agreed - though I think it will drag on because of Arsenal and Wenger. Reports seem to suggest he hasn't decided if he wants to keep him or get rid and, knowing how badly they do business, Wenger he'll probably wait until deadline day then decide to keep him.
If they can't decide in the next week then we need to move on.
What a load of c*ap.
Imagine this has been put out ahead of tonight's game to warn fans not to expect a sacking if we lose. Which is rather depressing.
No he's not. He's a lot more competent than most give him credit for and certainly better defensively than McQueen (which you'd expect from a converted winger).
More than capable backup for left back.
The article chucks a load of names out there, yet doesn't name the one player that we are allegedly close to a deal for (player from France).
The names are pure guff to try and appease the easily pleased fans. The only one on that list of names that would intrigue me is Sessegnon, but that will never happen.
If he's playing right side of a front three (e.g. replacing Redmond) or up top in a 2, then yes please.
If he's playing up top on his own, then no thanks.
Probably because we told everyone to do one. They would have bid if we'd encouraged it.
The sooner he goes the better - he's been phoning it in since he's been back playing, which must translate to other players.
"I was telling Nathan Redmond how good he is at the end. Southampton have some super talented players, Redmond is so good one against one. But they didn't' want to play, they were time wasting from the ninth minute. I just wanted them to play."
