If the only way to feel relaxed is for you to be Hot then go Hot. But I'd say Boobs, legs, makeup etc can either intimidate a guy who may already be quite nervous, or even overexcite him. As a lady who was blessed in the chest department I find each situation different however we have one particular engineer where I work that whenever he comes in he always talks to my chest and I constantly tell him to look up, I find that creepy as he's a bit odd.
