I'd suggest they were booing the choice of player coming off, rather than the fresh player. Having said that, I don't like booing subs either - can be misconstrued by the oncoming player. We actually looked dangerous attacking and with Boufal and Hoj on the field now we are holding on for dear life. Good god, he is utterly useless - against Prem teams we will get beat every week.
