iansums Posted Friday at 09:35 Posted Friday at 09:35 I was very sceptical about ths show but the Mrs and I decided to watch this one and thoroughly enjoyed it. However, this was mainly due to some of the celebraties, such as Alan Carr, Joe Marler and a few others who made it very funny at times. They do drag it out though, it could be condensed into 20 minutes. Typical modern TV though, taking the public for idiots, after 4 votes, 'let's take a vote count' because we all suffer from short term memory loss. And when did 'locking' in your answer become a thing on every TV game show? Great programme, but not sure I would bother with the non-celebrity version. 1

I thought it was a cracking series, and Alan Carr was great throughout. I liked Marler - he had it sussed. Nick was a a good guy and it was a generally good crowd. Part of what made this good was most of the contestants were relatively well known, and not including someone who pouts or gets their baps out for living. The non-celeb version can be good as there is some jeopardy, and because they don't know each other they tend to fall out at times. Although those chasing 15 mins of fame do turn up though. 2

It was easy viewing but the tasks are annoying , so i videoed to skip through. The celebs thinking there were exposives on the train!!! lol. Couldnt believe that Nick changed his mind at the last second! Brilliant charity that Alan Carr got the money for so alls good

Historian David was a gold standard example of that very thing. 2

Saint Fan CaM Posted Tuesday at 08:34 Posted Tuesday at 08:34 Just catching up here. Traitors is a great show but I was not sure the celebrity version would work. Have to say, I’m an Alan Carr convert now (never really got him) and Charlotte has aged very, very well indeed. PS: another good series with Carr is Amanda and Alan - where they renovate a place in Spain.

I saw that advertised the other day and genuinely could not think of anything worse. Alan Carr is just about manageable (well, he was on the Traitors at least) but Amanda Holden is odious in so many ways.

We quite liked Changing Ends, a partially autobiographical account of his boyhood relationship with his father, former professional player and then manager of Northampton, Graham. 1

If you can get past the two of them, the town and area around the town where their property is is really stunning.
