I assume where he had bee on loan and got some serious injuries the club must have thought he is one injury away from being done for. Did I also hear that Still was happy for him to leave?

Azaz - Jury was out for me, but been hugely important to us since Jan. Now looking like a really good signing.
Scienza - Class
Fellows - Like him but expected more - not bad business and still very young
Jander - Class
Downs - Shocker - clearly wasnt signed for this season, but looks a bad one. Expect him to be sold or back out on loan next season
Quarshie - Time will tell. don't think he was signed as first choice and isn't
Roeslev - Poor signing even when he was fit

Jelert - Fine - though not a good fit for our system despite looking like he has something
Larin - Class
Long-  Backup
Romeu - Backup & probably had a positive impact in the dressing room despite his lack of playing time

Departures:
Matty Fernandes - Think we should have got a bit more for him but still good money
Dibling - Money looking very good right now
Sulemana / Onuachu / Arma / Bednarek / ABK / Edwards - can't argue with fees we received.
Ramsdale - big money for a loan...

Sam Amo / Juan - Probably should have got more for them both, but not the end of the world.

All in all I think you're giving him a 8 or 9/10 for the last few windows...

 

I like this summary. Made me realise just how effective his departures have been.

As I see it, the big change has come when the club realised it needed a proper goalkeeper and it needed a solid centre forward. If Spors is the person who realised this and understood he'd dropped a clanger with Downs and directed the change, then good on him.

I was at Tonda's first game in charge at Loftus Road when the players went around congratulating each other almost in disbelief that they'd held on for a win. Now you see a winning team oozing confidence. Maybe Spors had already given us many of the players; it just needed a manager to bring the best out them.

Generous, I'd give him a 6 for at least fixing the mess he made in January

Indeed. Bree loaned out, Will Still, no CF brought in until January, sticking with Bazunu, and as mention above Downs and Roeslev. January's window, and Tonda, were excellent, but if we don't go up those disastrous decisions at the start of the season will be the reason.

I genuinely feel some of the stuff like bazunu in particular and possibly Bree could have been carry over advice given to spors. he wouldn’t have seen a lot of bazunu himself as he was on loan to liege the previous season, it’s funny how project bazunu seemed to be forced on every manager we had too, surely he couldn’t have fooled everyone .. Will still you can kind of the logic in at the time .and I guess he did actually bring in a cf the problem is it was downs.

What  you say is right though if these mistakes didn’t happen it would have been automatic
