Ekimr Posted 6 July, 2025 Posted 6 July, 2025 (edited) Hi Does anybody have an inkling as to when the early season match tickets are going on sale for members. I have some holidays coming up soon and hoping I am not going to be out of range / reach when the dates kick in. I might need to rearrange a few things if i had a heads up on the release dates. Thanks for any help / info Mike Edited 6 July, 2025 by Ekimr
Matthew Le God Posted 6 July, 2025 Posted 6 July, 2025 The club website says 8th July https://share.google/Qkr60VwzVCVFN4BTS
Ekimr Posted 6 July, 2025 Author Posted 6 July, 2025 Hi thanks.. Sorry missed that , i was in the members tickets area and they went as far as Brighton friendly. Mike
TheAlehouseBrawlers Posted 6 July, 2025 Posted 6 July, 2025 I would imagine a few skates may buy a SFC membership to try and get a ticket and vise-versa…just saying…
Thripp87 Posted 6 July, 2025 Posted 6 July, 2025 (edited) No chance of getting one as a Pompey fan unless you’ve had purchase history. Edited 6 July, 2025 by Thripp87

I'm sure Wrexham and Skates will be Cat A Interesting to see if they tie the Pompey game in with others like priority initially when also booking for one other home game in Aug / Sept.
EssEffCee Posted 7 July, 2025 Posted 7 July, 2025 Yeah I remember it being linked with Doncaster last time. Wrexham tickets on sale to members tomorrow. Doesn't mention a category but cheapest adult ticket is £30.

Football Special Posted 7 July, 2025 Posted 7 July, 2025 They should confirm which fixtures are A , B or C as whether a membership is good value could depend on whether those Cat C games are attended

SouSaint Posted 7 July, 2025 Posted 7 July, 2025 Wrexham is cat A, Stoke is cat B. It's in the file name when you save the image. It'll be interesting to see what we're going to charge their fans because we're allowed to charge them whatever the home fans are being charged in the same stand so that should be £40 for Wrexham fans and £35 for Stoke. It's a joke that we're seemingly going to give away fans 1,000 more tickets than they're entitled to, we better not do the same for the Skates game. 2

I agree, and no chance of Stoke bringing 3000 fans so they need to find a way of putting excess seats back on sale to home fans Also price behind the goals and in corners seems to be the same for A and B games which doesn't really make sense Edited 7 July, 2025 by Football Special
saintstowin Posted 7 July, 2025 Posted 7 July, 2025 I love how one of the selling points of membership is....EMAILS. They were definitely reaching for that 6th thing at that point. 4

I bet we do though, which will be fucking ridiculous considering we'll get about 1800. The only saving grace might be a reciprocal agreement demanded by the plod to limit numbers to 1800-2000 away fans for each game.
EssEffCee Posted 7 July, 2025 Posted 7 July, 2025 Surely there'll be some additional segregation in the away end for the skates match? A block either side, or at least chapel side I'd imagine.
BarryVenisonsHair Posted 8 July, 2025 Posted 8 July, 2025 Got my tickets for the Wrexham game. Will be bringing my 4 year old for the first time! Was a bit of a faff having to register a 4 year old as junior member and getting him a supporter number but we did it. Very much looking forward to his reaction on the day. 4
saintstowin Posted 8 July, 2025 Posted 8 July, 2025 (edited) It's not sold out is it? Got tickets earlier and now showing as unavailable even after I make sure I'm logged in (which isn't a smooth process on the site). I can only see Stoke on sale. Edit. Maybe showing unavailable as I personally no longer have access.... But I do like to monitor ticket sales progress so that's annoying! Edited 8 July, 2025 by saintstowin

SaintNewForest Posted 13 July, 2025 Posted 13 July, 2025 (edited) Why don't they just release a list of dates with a disclaimer, and if it's sold out at that date, it doesn't get to that window ... Simple really, but they're just trying to push people down the membership route. Easy £30 for the Mugs. I mean, fans. Edited 13 July, 2025 by SaintNewForest

I'm a member, I don't feel like a mug. And it cost me £25 which it would have done for anyone if they got on and bought one. I never had a ST from 71/72 season until the Dell went all-seater and then had one up to recent times when my circumstances changed and a membership became better suited. It gives me first shot at home league tickets, a better chance of aways and almost guarantees a Play-Off ticket. Small outlay and you get a bit back with deals for some matches.
TheAlehouseBrawlers Posted 14 July, 2025 Posted 14 July, 2025 Incidentally, I'm still waiting on a mate to renew his membership before I can start getting tickets but had a look at availability for the opening games. The Northam is just about sold out but plenty more elsewhere, particularly either side of the away section. Just goes to show, despite some slagging it off, that it's the most popular stand to be in.

You also get £5 off C cat match tickets, if you were going to those anyway it pays for the membership Last season they put tickets on sale to membership, then season ticket holders could buy additional, first half of season not many games made it to "general" sale at all . Saints have roughly 22k season tickets, 3k away fans, perhaps 1.5k hospitality so it doesn't leave that many game by game tickets to sell. Wrexham sales look quite slow so far, right in peak holiday season, on tv , early ko and expensive cat A prices so not that surprised 1

And it’s looking a bit lonely right now for the few that ditched the Northam to be alongside the aways in the Chapel, most seats available. Probably pick up a bit nearer to the game but an easy job for the stewards to keep fans seated and pull out anyone if the ‘banter’ gets a bit lively!
sockeye Posted 14 July, 2025 Posted 14 July, 2025 Got my Wrexham ticket, looking forward to it. Still loads available but we are just about a month away after all.
Dr Who? Posted 14 July, 2025 Posted 14 July, 2025 Is it just the 1 ticket per membership? So I need 2 membership for me and my boy! I think I will gamble, unless anyone is in a position to get an under 14 and an adult ticket for me? This will be my only home game.

I roughly totted up the home blocks as it tells what’s left in each one and counted around 2800. Edit: Just gone back and had another look, not a lot has changed as still around 2,800 available, looking like there'll still be some up for grabs after the membership window closes. 1,500 of the tickets are in the blocks either side of the aways. Having said that, Pompey away always goes lower then I expect. Quite a few of the regulars don't always fancy it (luckily). Although with the expected bubble coming back, I imagine some of the travel club will be up for it this time.

Yeah think it's almost certainly going to be a bubble which will be fucking shit to be honest. The away end there for the league cup was one of the best Saints away ends in recent memories and that was largely down to the fact that a lot of our more placid fans didn't travel. The thought of the replica shirt, blanket and soft toy supporters making up a large chunk of our away support up at Fratton is depressing as fuck to be honest Edited 18 July, 2025 by franniesTache

IFHP Posted 18 July, 2025 Posted 18 July, 2025 Have to agree with what a lot of others have said, and think all of a sudden supporters will not be able to make it. This despite only going on sale this week. Portsmouth will be a lot lower then many realise, simple because some give it a miss. for the league cup game there a few years ago I was surprised just how few went on the train and how many went on the coaches. I’d say over 2/3 rds went on the coach. the sooner the club star banning people for buying away tickets with no intention of going the better . It’s not hard to see who keep selling their tickets. 4

Skates, Oxford and Wrexham will all need a high % of away games bought to guarantee a ticket
