miserableoldgit Posted Saturday at 16:00 Posted Saturday at 16:00 I am just following the game on here. Bit confused....for most of the game Quarshie was having favourable comments, then suddenly he is "Another defender who can't defend". Was he any good or not?

This is my issue - he's done really well preseason, scored today yet, in all probability, someone who has done less well will almost certainly take the place he should have in next week's starting X1. Reward success not failure! 5
Gloucester Saint Posted Saturday at 16:00 Posted Saturday at 16:00 Just now, coalman said: Robinson has to be a starter. He's done more in ten minutes than Fraser/Armstrong/Archer. Yep, if it’s going to be a 10th-18th place season of consolidation and freezing out some of the wankers in the squad, let’s at least have some players like Robinson, Sesay, Dipepa to give us some hope with the better older heads to support them.
CSA96 Posted Saturday at 16:00 Posted Saturday at 16:00 Saints 2-2 Brighton Arma from the penalty spot 2

Both - younger potential player, will have ups and downs. 1
for_heaven's_Saint Posted Saturday at 16:01 Posted Saturday at 16:01 Penalty for nothing- will take it. Blackmore did say it was a last minute ref change and that he was from the IOW... 3

Saint NL Posted Saturday at 16:01 Posted Saturday at 16:01 Still unsure what the penalty was awarded for? Pity?

He's made a couple of mistakes where he backed of Minteh that led to goals when he should've closed down the attacker. 1

Pamplemousse Posted Saturday at 16:02 Posted Saturday at 16:02 Funny game this. Anyway Still will surely have seen what we're all seeing. 1
hypochondriac Posted Saturday at 16:02 Posted Saturday at 16:02 Finally a few positives to take from the match. Sugawara looked lovely too. 1

coalman Posted Saturday at 16:04 Posted Saturday at 16:04 Great header by Charles. Unlucky not to score.

CylonKing Posted Saturday at 16:04 Posted Saturday at 16:04 Just popped on to see how we're doing and we've gone from 2-0 down to 2-2 as I've been reading. Makes a change from last season where every time I popped on the opposition scored. 1
coalman Posted Saturday at 16:05 Posted Saturday at 16:05 When we play with intensity and get the ball out wide we actually look like a football team. 4

Simple game isn't it - makes you wonder why we don't do what we are good at. Sometimes a lot is decided by how much intensity you put in from the start which is one of our long term failings - don't wait until you're 2-0 down, go for it from the first whistle. 1

gio1saints Posted Saturday at 16:08 Posted Saturday at 16:08 Are we fitter than these? Is that’s what’s happening? 4

Disappointing because I was hoping a left field appointment like Will Still would already have got us looking like a totally different side but today is worrying.
