What's the problem? They have an obligation to their client that the people they are showing around are not time wasters (plenty about). Better to filter out the **** before they show you around. They aren't to know you have got a mortgage sorted, but i'm sure if you take just 5 minutes to explain this then they will be happy to show you around. And of course you are not under any obligation to take any products from them. They tried to sell me a mortgage / life cover. etc, but it was no more "hard sell" than any banks or building societies provide. Not a problem at all FWIW i sold my house through A&W last year. If it's the Shirley branch then all the agents there were OK, better than others around.

I thought you'd love the OB Dune, strong Police Force and all that being a mainstay of the right wing. Personally, i have a couple of mates who are OB. They are very decent lads as it happens and have been good mates for a long time. Both big Saints fans too.

I don't think SMS could be expanded in any great way due to the site constraints. On one side there is a railway line, a Gas storage facility a stonesthrow from another end, and light industrial units / resi plots a sand wedge away on the other two sides. With any increase in site footprint and capacity, access and exit assessments will probably very difficult to agree.

Good points - Supposedly free 'leccy during the day (if you are around to use it). There was no way anyone with those sorts of allegations hanging over them would have been able to concentrate on the job 100%. As others have said we were pretty dire anyway at the time and if he'd stayed in charge we would have gone down. Lowe made some strange decisions, but got this one spot on. Jones appears to be a decent Championship manager and i'm sure they'll do OK next season.

Adkins will not sign Bertie Big Bollix players who flit from club to club with big egos and big wage packets. Expect canny low-key signings which then prove astute (e.g. Jos) probably mainly from Championship with PL calibre after being infected with Adkins enthusiasm (e.g. Rodrigues, McCormack, etc) with the odd foreign player who has been shaken down to see they fit in with what will be one of the tightest, closest and best team spirits in the PL next season.

Fox is a good lad and a decent player. Strange to see the comments about him being crap and discounting him from the PL before we've even kicked a ball. He's still young(ish) and his best years are ahead of him. He's strong, quick and has an excellent left peg. (Believe it or not teams need left footed players). Good stamina, reading of the game and whilst he (seldomly but) occassionally gets caught too far from his man, his overall play more than makes up for these rare errors. He'll give oppo players plenty to think about next season and i'm look0ing forward to seeing him giving it in the PL.

That was the first game i was allowed to go to with just my mates and no parents. Happy days. Will be a cracker tomorrow. Really looking forward to it, just hope the atmosphere isn't ruined by all the pansies in the crowd ponying themselves everytime Cov pass the halfway line. Judging by the majority of comments on this forum though, i suspect they will be in the majority.

Hope the Hammers win which makes Saturday's game a cracker. Would be a good test of the bottle too, cause too often we've s**t it when the pressure is on (or is it that it just appears that way? ). Will be watching tonight and hoping for a good goalfest with Leicester having f/a to play for and the Hammers as nervous as Dune at a Labour Party conference.

Sorry if i sounded a bit OTT with my earlier post, i'd had a couple of sherberts last night! But just got fed up with the wrist slitters after Friday. Personally this is the best I could have hoped for for this season - Top two with 3 to go, All to play for (no mid table mediocrity), chasing and being chased, if we fail we make the play offs anyway. How can anyone feel negative about that??!?
