  1. I presumed he was 'dressing up ironically' or something ... weirdo.
  2. Already had that discussion. I can't be bothered with home game any more, utterly tedious and the ground is full of dinlos, I'd far rather do all the away matches instead.
  3. Have I missed something, but where's he got to now? Never hear anything and I don't recall seeing his name in the U23 team either?
  4. Thing is, when have these w*nkers ever been relegated? When was the last time they finished in the bottom half of top flight football??

    Caceres

    LOL, pipe down:lol:
  6. Or he's on lots of painkillers and injections in order to help his club win the league and has been rushed back on the pitch; therefore will be out from the end of the season properly injured?
  7. Apologies, I was being a dunce and misread your post in context with the mention of Romeu.
  8. I love Romeu, brilliant player and I love his passion, we need more players like that! I have absolutely no problem if he's doing that to others, some of them probably need a kick up the backside by a fellow pro at times.
  9. Couldn't agree more with this!
  10. Sunderland - think they're resigned to it and a rebuilding job from Moyes (trying to emulate what Newcastle are doing with Benitez?) Middlesbrough - just lack the quality and appear a bit of a 'nothing' team now. Ironically, I think had they kept Karanka, they may have had more fight to do it?ery little cohesion West Ham - they just look out of luck with too much in-fighting and very little team cohesion, I think they're done for
  11. Mourinho is just a massive c*ck. Look at Rashford as well and his record of getting rid of Chelsea's youth (which we and other clubs have benefited from). I can't stand the man, he's an utter bellend, a hideous bore with a dreadful record of developing youth players and I'm fed up with the media sucking him off.
  12. F**k me! What conversation do you want to have? It's a football match, not a f**king WI meeting. Still, hope you captured all that jam recipe ...
  13. Likewise VFTT, my Nan was a Geordie, retained her accent all through her life even though she moved down here during the war when in late teens.
  14. He's got a point though. Isn't the Daily Mail read by birds for hideous celebrity gossip? I thought it was well known that Bex was a bird?
  15. We'll finish 9th or 10th. That, with a cup final will do me this season. Next season, with the players we have, assuming no sales and a new goalie, we should be pushing for that 6th place and another final (I'm greedy). But definitely pushing for something allowing us a European place for the following season.
  16. Give it a rest you bore.
  17. Then you're a helmet and can f**k off.
  18. It's much much much better, but unfortunately not a Saints original, again I think the last version was Sheik Mansour in a Lamborghini and finding Pellegrini??
  19. Mate, Lineker was exactly came into my mind too, although I think he's a more modern version; i.e. he's fitter and more mobile as well as being the ultimate poacher. He's certainly a player we've been crying our for, for many years - let's hope he keeps it up.
  20. I could not agree more. I whinge and moan about our support at times, but there were two or three times I was just speechless - one was the Gabbadini chant with the scarves, the other was OWTS bit shortly after that (I think), I managed to get some composure whilst feeling tearful (I blame the drink) and capture a bit on film.
  21. Please don't try to claim this hasn't been done before!! Middlesbrough (at Old Trafford) - October 2015: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-tees-34666533 Man Utd - November 2015: http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/manchester-united-fans-light-up-6903111 Celtic - November 2016: https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/sport/football/214735/celtic-park-joins-together-to-produce-stunning-light-show-on-the-67th-minute-in-lisbon-lions-tribute-against-barcelona/ Sunderland - November 2016 (although not a tribute): https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football/2220333/sunderland-vs-hull-stadium-of-light-floodlights-turn-off-as-players-leave-pitch-and-fans-use-phones-as-torches/ Leicester & Chelsea - Jan 2017: http://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/fans-light-up-king-power-stadium-in-honour-of-alan-birch-birchenall/story-30058032-detail/story.html Even the skates have done it.
  22. I should leave this to people who really care about kits ... But am I the only one who really loved watching us play in a white shirt with the red shorts?? I thought it looked really good and infinitely preferable to stripes ...
  23. This.
  24. Exactly that. Why should he know? As I said on another thread, I'm sure if we didn't know we'd also be singing "what the f**king hell was that?". Some people need to get a grip and realise life doesn't revolve around them and everything they know, assuming everyone else knows it as well. Our support is full of lunatics. As has been quoted already, Saints lack of 'empathy' about Villa's tribute to Petrov is a perfect case in point.
