I would have thought that Man City have the biggest fears as unlike Man U, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, possibly even Spurs they are not a global brand they are only really poking their heads out of the Man U shadow thanks to having had obscene amounts of money pumped into them, they are the highest paid sports team in the world, yet posted eye watering losses recently. You very rarely see Man City shirts or even car stickers around the place, their overall income must be a fraction of those other 4-5 teams despite CL participation. I am probably missing the point or just being dense but surely they are prime targets to get stung by FFP.

If you were too late for these dont fret, I will sell my 2 STs in block 19 for £628 each.

After 4 pages of debate on this subject, youngest Daughter just realised she doesn't have to work that Sunday "can you get me a ticket Dad". 5 mins later job done against her customer number no ST not sat with us but she doesn't care. simples -
Obviously he is, sat on the subs bench vHull.............................. Oh hang on what's this 72:51 mins and hey oh look who's coming on with less than 20 mins left.
-
Just have to look at Oxo to see how much game time he would potentially get, if he wants to play football stay here and take his chances, if you want money in your pocket to sit on your backside most weeks: Cheerio. We are going to get no end of stories like this, thankfully our academy status prevents us being raped and pillaged without any defences. Going back to Oxo, personally I think the nasty little clause that sees us getting £10k everytime he plays 20 mins + was a blinding little gem, as it makes any of the nippers looking to head over the wall at the first opportunity think a bit harder.
-
Just have to remember not to piddle anymore money up the wall on expensive rubbish from Italian Football.
-
Actually since Batternburg Gate have we had a pen for handball for us.
-
Jeez is there is a conspiracy against us regarding getting penalties from blatant hand balls, last weekend now this.
-
Blimey Skates v The Gas seems good value for those who paid their pennies to get in. 2-2 Rovers fighting for their lives
-
I'm here sitting quietly in the corner. Soccer Saturday reckon Villa are playing for a point! Also in other news apparently Chris Foy has had to be replaced after taking the ball full tilt in the chops from Shelvey in the Barcodes v Swans game, Merse and Pinocchio were almost wetting themselves so probably worth a watch later.

Well here's a thing, I have a ST and I have a Manc mate who typically lives in Harlow and fair play to him goes to Manure games whenever the ballot allows him. Thankfully he is buzzing off to Spain for a bit of Golf that weekend but the original plan was to tap up a Man U ST holder who I know and try that route to get him a ticket and if that failed then subject him to 90 minutes of sitting on his hands next to me................ Whilst that would have been nice to have had a pleasant day out together no doubt on the sauce. It would have been a bit spawny to have deprived a Saints fan a seat who had through work, finances, or whatever only managed to get to however many games required to qualify for a ticket: I guess having to queue up Milton Road in the latter days of the Dell has given me that pang of guilt had I taken this action. The one thing about having invested in a season ticket is that at the beginning of the season I know I don't have to jump through hoops when these so called glamour games come up. -
Could also be an Easter Weekend at a sensible time of April, the weather is cheering up, (Sunday and Monday look crap) many folks having 4 days off and Saints playing away: let's go and do something else.
-
This is Great Britain remember greed is King we could empty the Club Shops every Saturday and they would still put up the prices. That reduction of 700 season ticket sales last year, mentioned above could largely be down to the cack handed eviction of many long term ST holders from Chapel block 20, we have only seen a handful of folks we use to sit with last year this year.

If tried that here you would only get a mile at the most before you vanished into a pot hole!!

Actually if any of you with youngsters you would like to take to Wembley (or you have never been yourself) ths is a Golden opportunity as these Cup finals are great, without the 10's of thousands easy in easy out and you get to take the place in without the jostling. Plus you get to support your local team. Went up there to support the mighty Glossop North End in the FA Trophy (?), my Sister lives in Glossop with her family, a few years back. What a thoroughly enjoyable day out, sadly they lost but everyone seemed to have a great day. In these days of the FA Cup not holding the mystique it once did, for non league teams (Whitley Bay asde) these Cup Finals are the World Cup Final. Good Luck Sholing

Blimey Mikey good job tickets were scarce at the Dell for you to see Lee Todd and Ali Dia!
-
Niemi Golac Svensson Richards Bridge Lallana Matty Schneiderlin Case Boyer Channon Manager: Lawrie Mac Bench: Flowers, Baird, Big Dave Watson, Rod and Danny, Lambert, Telfer. That was harder than it looks not helped by my Saints viewing in person going back to 1977, (god help anyone trying to do this who has watched further back) Still managed to get my Goal scoring hero in the team.

Enjoy..................... And don't try this at home Kids (seriously)!! http://road.cc/content/news/116235-video-brazilian-cyclist-drafts-lorry-124-kilometres-hour

Rather bizarrely when we have conceded a goal to put us behind I have noticed the players body language, seems to take on a collective air of forgetting how to play football, almost "I don't like this I want to go home". Very strange when we have all seen how very comfortable they are with the ball.
-
He missed what just about all of the Chapel, saw a clear hand ball.
-
For such a gifted player, Suarez disappointed me for the cheap free kicks he spent so much energy on trying to get, especially when he had already beaten the player.
-
We do fanny about once the 18yrd box homes into view, friggin well light one once in a while, a deflection will get you a goal or at worse a corner.
-
Just an up date from page one for those who might be curious. The Steak was divine and the Wine Sublime: so the day had a silver lining................. Cheers!
-
If the boot was on the other foot I would be delighted at stealing a result like that. We so need to be much more snappy around the box it's almost like we are trying to score the perfect goal. frustrating day, still I have Fillet steak for Tea tonight with a nice bottle of red to wash it down, so not all bad (unless I got a chewy bit and the wine is corked).

Blimey that is like the thinking of Medieval times and Witch Hunts................. And in a country with Nuclear Weapons!!
