    Sloe Gin

Planning on making Sloe Gin for the first time this year, just need to find some bushes around Croydon.
  2. By the sounds of it, he actually did pretty well at Milan after a slow start - less sure on Monaco. If we could actually get him it would be an incredible signing IMO.
  3. Ha! One thing that might not play out. At least he had opinions.
  4. I really enjoyed Carl's coverage last year, loads of insight, humour and engagement - one of the main reasons I signed up to the athletic. Been a bit of a drop off and I'll likely not renew.
  5. I'm probably being a bit slow, but is there a way to stream it through an Xbox or through my Sky TV?
  6. He was growing in to quite a player during the 12/13 season, then had a badish injury and it seemed to stop him dead in his tracks. Been a sort of "Ok" player ever since.
  7. Are Spurs a better prospect then Wolves at the moment?
  8. Yep, this "interest" will be to plant the seed for next summer, sadly.
  9. RLC is very good, but isn't he more of an attacking midfielder? I'm sure he played behind the striker for Palace.
  10. Apart from their names, I believe Lerma and Lemina are very different. Lerma is a proper destroyer type, gets yellow cards for days. I think he could be a very clever signing and from the way Bournemouth are selling, I suspect they need lots of cash coming in.
  11. Huh? Happy to answer it but at no point have I ever complained about it.
  12. Can one of these free speech cheerleaders actually explain what they think free speech is and where any hypocrisy has been shown?
  13. I'd actually quite like to see Valery given a go on the right of the attacking midfield 2. He was very good at wing back, just not good enough defensively in a 4.
  14. Whilst I'm not sure this directly responds to my point, the fact that not every country "mandates" the wearing of face masks is different to countries supporting the science that face masks reduce the spread of the disease - I think anyone who's attended a year 6 science level can figure that one out. Have any of those 76 come out saying they disagree with the science?
  15. The problem is, the opposing view is supported by nearly the entire scientific community, all world governements and pretty much everyone with an IQ higher than a mars bar. His view on the other hand is supported by people who can barely spell their own name. This tends to add weight behind whether an opinion is good or not.
  16. What about free speech? I don't think his right to free speech has been infringed has it?
  17. He's deleted it now, hopefully someone will have a word with him for his own sake.
  18. That latest post on Anne Frank is a whole different level - he also laughed at someone who said it was offensive to holocaust survivors. The club can't keep him as an ambassador if he's acting like that.
  19. Christ. 3 people, one of whom has been shown to be a lunatic, haven't had their contract renewed because their show has gone a bit stale and people's first reaction is to make negative comments about race and gender - how sad.
  20. Oh yeah, how weird! Is Southgate going to revert back to a back three? 3-1-3-3 like Leeds?
  21. If we were actually offered that, then even the most clueless person in football would have snatched their hand off for that! I can only imagine that's pure rumour.
  22. Would be very Mourinho to have two workhorses in the centre of midfield tbf.
