I wouldn't think the home shirt is too far off, can't see UA going for anything but stripes for the initial shirt, but if the new rule is for a blank panel on the back of shirts then that must apply to aways aswell? Could be close with the sponsor too!

I would imagine that to be the case just before the renewal deadline every season, I'm a bit surprised it's not higher as most people want to keep hold of their money for as long as possible. By quarter to midnight on Tuesday, I'd suggest it will be a lot nearer 100% take-up.

Saints 'singers' would just split themselves over the upper and lower and end up singing different songs and lessen the effect. If another tier goes anywhere it has to go over the Kingsland, longer, allowing more seats on capacity.
