Yes, it's much closer then 80/20. Considering how bad coaching in the modern game effects things and how individual skill reflects...... Tricky to judge in a strict ratio as there is more then just the two variables. Management - Tactics, Motivational Ability, Coaching Ability Players - Talent, Chemistry, Work Rate Splitting it down into those..... 40% Management, 60% Players.

Yeah, they pretty much are. If we collect competitive result from these matches we have reason to get rather excited. If not then we can look at being a little more anonymous as things progress. At the end of these games, if we are still in the mixer we will have passed the 'flash in a pan' phase.

I've watched the highlights repeatedly and laugh at them for it. It was a bit of a sickener at the time but in the great scheme of things was meaningless. All that focus on the game against us, completely ignoring the bigger picture of their own survival and eventual fate. That point took us another step closer to promotion, the point for them was meaningless.
