Laugh out loud as David Cameron would say. I grew up in Glasgow I know exactly what these people are capable of. Most of the world has moved on from anti catholic bigotry They are welcome to come and play football and for the supporters to support their team but let's hope they leave their neanderthal views and songs in Glasgow.
-
Yes brilliant if you want UDA /Ulster Volunteer anti catholic isectarian bigots and that's just the middle class ones. Their loyalism is not something the average English football fan would understand Think Millwall fan but not so reasonable. They wil lbring colour with their ant Irish sectarian famine songs. Of their tribe they make us look like nancy boys but its not my tribe and as child in Glasgow of a protestant family they could never be my team. I was a Third Lanark Supporter myself

The what are you wearing to the Coventry game thread
broncoboy replied to This Charming Man's topic in The Saints
it is definitely a two pants game. Two pairs should stop unsightly leakage -
The team will be up for it.NA will have prepared them well , the ground will be rocking the odds will be hugely in our favour. We can kill West Ham by taking control of the game. A positive attitude by all is what is required.

However good he is as a manager his manipulation of the media has been world class. This has greatly enhanced his reputation. The lovebale rogue always there with a quote. He always manages to get clubs he has manged to pay huge wages rather than high transfer fees that disguises how much he costs these clubs Because he can attract players on high wages the clubs he looks after appear to perform above the norm. He is clearly a good manger but more importantly he is a lucky manager and always knows when to walk at the height of his sucess. Who knows he may do very well England are surely due a good competition For me he is not half as nice a guy as he makes out. Should have been on the stage

great price. Sorrry he wanted to leave after such a short time. Dont suppose anyone of us would have turned down the money. Thats the way footaball is Forgot him already

I would have liked to see Rupert in a concrete overoat

Surely there are enough seasoned court appearers to give the boy some good advice along the lines of Ten things you shouldnt do in a courtroom....................... any suggestions?
-
Clearly he has some skill but he doesn't like the physical nature of this league and although he does have some lovely touches he wastes chances when another player would put them away. He does not appear to be comfortable in this league. Its no good bringing in players who cant adapt to our team and the league

Question for the Positive-Thinkers after the Walsall result
broncoboy replied to alpine_saint's topic in The Saints

Its the same old story we blow hot and cold. Dany and Guly are not good enough. Guly has some lovely touches but bottles loads of tackles. We dont have the look of a team that is going to win promotion. We really do under perform with the resources and players we have It was Walsall for goodness way down the league. Cant stand the crap they put on the website They all really need a kick up the arse

I was in corporate hospitality and we had lost. He was declared man of the match and and been sent to say hello. You could tell he was gutted they had lost. He was brilliant No age at all
-
Well its good to know we are not short of moral guardians for the club The very same who know the minutiae of the game and see the hidden talents of players even when they have the first touch of my Nan. What do they say form is temporary class is permanent. I wonder what his track record shows........... class or................... He was a complete liability it was like playing with ten men. I thought the cheer was because they knew Lallana was coming on rather than him going off. I am sure he didnt sob himself to sleep However, he is a big strong boy and hopefully he will find his place. You can of course go back to your "I was disgusted signed a real supporter Does anyone care what you think that was doing the booing In fact does anyone care at all
-
Who cares about this game. We will have to put up with commentators who have not seen Saints play in years and will go through the pretence that its a real contest. Spirit of '76 crap. United are on song and we are severely weakened without Lalllana. Could be a blood bath. **** off Ferguson

Saints vs Manchester Utd - 4th Round FA Cup Draw
broncoboy replied to saint_bert's topic in The Saints
There will be all the usual phish invoking 1976 as that is all crap journalists can come up with. Half the Kingsland full of Man Utd supporters. Man Utd falling over everywhere and *****ing and moaning at the referee. Man Utd getting the obligatory penalty. Fergie jumping around like a gimmer ****. If there is any justice we will put them out. -
Hammond looks overweight. Maybe his donkey pace would pick up if he was carrying less timber. Guly with his new haircut is still just a big girl. "Man up Guly" Rickie should be dropped if there was anybody to replace him We must be spending a fortune refrigerating the Kingsland
-
That's because you are silly. I am sure the kingsland is refrigerated to keep all the old people fresh Once when it was blazing hot outside when we were playing a spanish team in a pre season friendly it was still freezing in the Kingsland

Redknapp, we all hate but we all know we missed out, don't we?
broncoboy replied to Noodles34's topic in The Saints
Some things you cant disagree with He does love the sound of his own voice He moans all the time When it goes wrong its never his fault He is a complete ---- -
Sell the club? Who would buy it. A decent enough club but relatively small fan base compared to the cost of running it and getting it back up the divisions to the premiership There is no market for football clubs
-
No its not jinxed its just we have some injured players, some players who are now too old, some players who are out of form and lots of crap ones
-
Another defeat another rallying call. Goodness knows how many times we have to put up with this nonsense. Surely even Saints marketing manager must cringe when they post. "Well |I dont know how that happened, the lads are determined, we can kick on from here, the team is right behind the manager, let the fans down etc etc FFS stop posting this nonsense
