  1. I refer you to post 8 in this thread.
  2. For those in this thread that think Carrillo is rubbish in the air... - Guido Carrillo is averaging winning 6.4 aerial duels per Premier League game in 2017/18 - Shane Long is averaging winning 2.2 aerial duels per Premier League game in 2017/18 - Charlie Austin is averaging winning 1.6 aerial duels per Premier League game in 2017/18 - Manolo Gabbiadini is averaging winning 0.5 aerial duels per Premier League game in 2017/18 - Graziano Pelle averaged winning 3.7 aerial duels per Premier League game in his last season at Saints in 2015/16 - Rickie Lambert averaged winning 1.8 aerial duels per Premier League game in his last season at Saints in 2013/14
  3. Really...? An inconvenient truth for you... - Guido Carrillo is averaging winning 6.4 aerial duels per Premier League game in 2017/18 - Shane Long is averaging winning 2.2 aerial duels per Premier League game in 2017/18 - Charlie Austin is averaging winning 1.6 aerial duels per Premier League game in 2017/18 - Manolo Gabbiadini is averaging winning 0.5 aerial duels per Premier League game in 2017/18 - Graziano Pelle averaged winning 3.7 aerial duels per Premier League game in his last season at Saints in 2015/16 - Rickie Lambert averaged winning 1.8 aerial duels per Premier League game in his last season at Saints in 2013/14
  4. Unlike your avatar...
  5. Not likely to be much of a training ground manager... as 73 years old with arthritis. He hasn't had a managerial job in 17 years!
  6. If given the option of the two jobs, I struggle to see why he would. We can compete and win a wage battle with West Brom, so if given the choice why would he pick them?
  7. Normally the previous captain needs to leave before an SOS goes out for a new one.
  8. I'm guessing you didn't vote for him as player of the year last season... when he rightly deserved it. I know he hasn't been as good this season, but to call him an "awful midfielder" is ridiculous.
  9. Lemina, van Dijk, Hojbjerg and Romeu are all Ross Wilson era signings.
  10. They don't meet the criteria either!
  11. Neither of those meet the criteria in the opening post!
  12. This thread is about Les Reed... not Ralph Krueger. Even if it was about Krueger... Lowe was a major shareholder, Krueger is not.
  13. Ralph Krueger wasn't at St Mary's today. He was last spotted at Norwich train station selling his book after the snow caused the cancellation of his train...
  14. Even if we had another home game in midweek, a protest wouldn't make the slightest difference.
  15. They aren't really comparable... due to having different jobs.
  16. You would hope and expect not... but then why hasn't Gao insisted on a managerial change? At which point Reed's hand would be forced.
  17. Hey Boss...! Would you agree unless we know for certain Reed is the one with the power to sack Pellegrino, then it is harsh to blame him for not sacking him? For all we know Gao may have rejected calls from the board to sack Pellegrino.
  18. Those aren't the only options.
  19. The formation or one upfront isn't the problem. It is the instructions given to the players in the formation. 4-2-3-1 is the formation we used for the majority of the season we came 6th... difference is we had a competent manager then.
  20. Tin hat? I think you need a tin foil hat! It is simply a case of Saints having multiple players proven to a quality in the Premier League and a significantly richer team wanting to sign them. No need for an absurd conspiracy theory!
  21. I'm not sure where you've got that from and think a case of Chinese whispers has distorted it from the original line of Reed's son being an agent for youth team players. I'm not sure how you can justify that statement, when our players have joined other clubs - Arsenal, Man Utd, Spurs
  22. Rather than making petty insults... what about my post do you disagree with exactly and why?
