  1. What is it with you and your f*cking vendetta against Cortese? The new kit is out, and you post (on the thread about the kit announcement) some childish insult aimed towards NC. Grow up a bit Stu.
  2. Looks like Fonte to me...
  3. Cheeky. I like it.
  4. The Strangers I'm not a fan of horror films, and this further reciprocates the reasons why. Awful. Cheap 'scares', way too short and no suspense whatsoever. Written straight by the book as well, completely predictable and just boring tbh. Maybe it scared some people, but it made me laugh more than it made me jump or more than it raised my heart rate. 2/10
  5. Yup. Released on compassionate grounds, much to the uproar of The Daily Mail.
  6. Kui teil tegelikult otsida üles seda, mida vajad, et saada elu. See tähendab, et sa delldays.
  7. Sorry for everyone who's slagging him off, but I would've loved to have seen him back here. He was a good player for us at Prem level, and I don't see why he couldn't do a job for us in L1. While he wouldn't be starting every week, his experience would be vital in helping youngsters who play in his position (Schniederlin, Gobern, McNish, Oxlade-Chamberlain etc) and he would've been a good squad player on a short-term contract. Onwards and upwards though.
  8. Shame that, as it seems that they'd done everything right on appeal but at least one league body are taking mis-management seriously! Down to the Ryman they go...
  9. This is much more fun than the 'A-Z of SFC' fred. (Sorry Bridgey) D - D1LDOSWALLOWINGWINDOWLICKINGSPAZZMATRON
  10. I thought this thread was about the Labour Leadership Contest
  11. What about a Turkish/Wiltshire Saint combo? A - ARSELICKINGF^CKWITTEDCUMGUZZLER B - B1TCHINGSH1TFACEDC^NTCHOPS C - ....
  12. I agree with this, I think it's an excellent idea. Where do we start with regards to nominations, will it just be a 'hat in the ring' thing?
  13. Becks should go into acting full time. He still sounds like a 12 year old girl though!
  14. Sounds good, use the same design as the home kit (supposedly) but invert the main colour. I like black away kits.
  15. I know it's an old argument between us, but... Vassell = Pace of Jackson, Left Footed like Dickson, International and Domestic experience of Connolly.
  16. I did actually type it out as SRS, only just before I was about to post did I realise my mistake. What a furore that would've caused!
  17. I know, i've turned into exactly what I hate. I'm just like all those people who jumped on the bandwagon during 'Sachsgate' and turned against Ross and Brand without actually seeing what happened Tbf, I may not have watched the clip, but I don't think there were any points in the OP that I needed to watch the clip to raise, the quotes were clear in the article (which I read) and that's what I commented on. Sorry to have disappointed you though Wiltsy. ......I've just realised as I was about to press 'Submit Reply' that I was talking to Wiltshire Saint, so allow me to say T1TTYF^CKINGAR5EWEASEL just to detract from the seriousness of my above reply.
  18. Ledley, I couldn't see coming here. Harewood, I could. Strong ties with Pardew, would be dynamite with Rickie.
  19. The GCSE is a piece of p1ss, I wouldn't worry about that. It's when you get to A-level that you actually have to use the grey thing in your skull a lot more. Check if her school does an exchange program first, it's a lot better to have some familiar faces with you to provide a bit of home comfort otherwise it could prove to be quite an overwhelming and off-putting situation being away from home on your own, staying with a random weird French family. But yeah, I really enjoyed my time in France and i'd highly recommend it to anyone really. Alternatively, a short holiday in a less touristy region of France (three-five days) will give her a glimpse of how French people actually speak, rather than the ones she hears on the GCSE tapes or the Paul Wotton-paced speakers in Paris. I could recommend some nice places in Normandy, friendly locals, small communities and very nice about this time of year. Quite cheap too!
  20. "Whatchoo talkin' 'bout Willis?"
  21. Oddly enough, I did my exchange to Poitiers as well in 2006. Had a really good two weeks, the family I stayed with was really nice (and luckily my exchange partner had come over to England before I went to France so I knew him a bit before I went to stay with him). By the end of the two weeks, I was completely exhausted from having to speak French pretty much 24/7, but it was well worth it and since then I would say that i'm able to converse pretty fluently in French with native speakers. How old is your daughter btw? Not trying to pick her up, it's just that the earlier that you get into this kind of thing, the bigger effect it will have on your language development so it's better to start 'em young. Make sure she's got a couple of people she gets on with going on the trip as well, because i'm sure I wouldn't have enjoyed the trip half as much if one of my best mates hadn't gone as well.
  22. Oh, and also, i'm not watching Doctor Who when Corden is on it. It's my geeky stand against him.
  23. Must admit, I did post this thread up without watching the clip, and now I have watched it, Stewart just came across as trying to be funny but failing miserably. However, if Corden was a professional, he would've just laughed or something and let Stewart get on with presenting the award rather than try and spin it back on him. Notice Corden's reaction when a couple of 'glamorous' people (ie people devoid of rudimentary logic and intellect) are clapping him for his comeback. Laps it up like he's Jesus or something! I'd like to see how far he can get in his career by flashing his belly every 2 minutes as well, fairly sure SPS relied on his talent rather than his morbid obesity, annoying catchphrases and high-pitched girly voice.
  24. Very eloquently put Stu
