Interesting that, Brown looked lost most of the way through, and only really seemed to find his feet when arguing with Cameron. As much as I hate to say it, I think Cameron won the debate tonight. While he was spouting the same old sh!t, he was telling the people what they wanted to hear and not what was factually correct and feasible. Cleggy didn't really get into it tonight, because the emphasis was very much on how Brown would bounce back and whether Cameron would seize his opportunity or not. Couple of things: - Cameron's proposed 'cap' on immigration is ridiculous, as it's prevented by EU laws to restrict the movement of EU nationals. As was stated, 80% of the people arriving in this country last year were EU nationals, and that figure cannot be capped. So basically, in order for this 'cap' to have any noticeable effect on immigration, you'd basically have to not allow any immigrants in from outside the EU. Didn't think that one through very clearly. - Brown and Cameron thinking they'd sounded Clegg out on his 600k amnesty is ridiculous as well, because we're talking about people who are contributing to the economy here. We're pretty much operating on a 1 in/1 out policy here at the moment, as with the last 1m migrants and immigrants that came in, 1m Brits left the country. All that we're talking about is the diluting of the British society here, we're hardly being overwhelmed really. - Brown should never, ever smile. It's just weird.

I like Burnley, mainly because they dispatched Reading in the play-offs last year and also because they had Owen Coyle as their manager, and players like Wade Elliot and Steven Fletcher who I really admire too. Shame that Coyle f*cked off halfway through the season and the Burnley board appointed Brian f*cking Laws, the man who had taken Sheffield Wednesday from mid-table obscurity to relegation battlers in just a few years. Madness. If they do qualify though they'll ultimately be knocked out by some third rate Belarussian team in the first qualifying round, however it would be f*cking hilarious if they qualified and Liverpool didn't!

Not bad, but I prefer the sash idea. Having said that, we are synonymous with red and white stripes, so it makes sense to do that. Not too keen on the names on the back though, but like the idea of the reversible kit. That way, if you spill ketchup on it from your pre-match burger, turn it over and hey presto! Clean shirt!

Shelvey is turning 19 soon, and he's not really set the league on fire this season like Lallana has imo. He'll be another bit-part player loaned out to a CCC side to get some games under his belt, and that isn't a good thing. Maybe we could go for a cheeky loan bid next season? If Conservatives form a coalition with SNP and Plaid there will be another election within 10 months, mark my words. Doesn't take a genius to see that the most likely outcome at the moment is a LibLab coalition, and that's what I hope to see happen. Even then, we'll probably have an election before a year, maybe 2 if we're lucky. Coalitions don't have a great track record, but it's hard to see any party being able to win by a majority at this moment in time.

Ricky is best when he has somebody to play off imo, which is why The Ricky Gervais Show is so funny. Karl Pilkington (although he puts most of it on) is the perfect foil for him, and Stephen Merchant is hilarious too. Not sure i'd want to see him live though, love The Office, Extras...I even enjoyed Ghost Town, but seeing somebody live is a different thing.

That goal should've stood, that was a textbook case of ball-to-hand. However, I am happy that Inter are through, 38 years since their last final, last won it in 1965! I don't think Barca have got the best strength in depth in their squad to cope without Iniesta, Henry and Ibrahimovic etc. The likes of Busquets, Maxwell and Jeffren are not Champions League quality imo.

2-1 to Barca. The home advantage will help Barca, but ultimately I think that Mourinho will set his side out on full 'stifle' mode and frustrate them for 90 minutes. If Inter get their man-marking right like they did in the first leg then I could even see them winning again, but Barca are a very tough team to beat at the Nou Camp, so it could turn out to be a very interesting (or very boring) game. Busquets, Ibrahimovic and Eto'o to score.

I agree with the ones in bold. Thomas should be offered a new contract on reduced wages, he is underrated I think and is a good physical presence at the back as others like Mills, Otsemobor and Perry are a bit lightweight. Wotton is good at filling in when we have injuries and is a bruiser, which is something we lack without him in midfield. While he's not the most technically gifted player, he gives 110% and that's always valuable. Thomson and Gobern I still feel need time to develop. Loan them out again next season for a bit of match experience and then take it from this time next summer, as they both have the potential to be good players, they just need to learn how to reach it, and they can't do that knocking about in the reserves or warming the bench at SMS. I'm guessing you forgot about Molyneux as well, who is somebody we do need to get shot of.

He came through our academy but left because he was homesick when he turned 18. Was very highly thought of at his time here and he's an international for Finland. Worth a try?

We should try permanently for Vokesy imo, i'm sure as a massive Saints fan he'd love to join and help get us promoted. He did go on loan to Leeds this season (or was it last season?), so if he's prepared to drop down for Leeds i'm sure he'd drop down for his team! Having a rotation of Lambo, Vokesy and Barney with Connolly popping up for a cameo every now and then would be absolutely brilliant!
