Song would be an immense signing as he's had a great season for West Ham. Really makes things tick and he's still only 27. For £8 million it'd be a bargain and IMO we should be in for him anyway whether Morgan stays or not. (Though I accept he's going!) Song and Wanyama would own our midfield. Id rather see Toby, but only because that would mean we'd signed him permanently. Once he signs (and we hope he does) then I'd prefer Reed.

As one of two keepers brought in then this would be a good move, as he's experienced and fairly decent. As our only keeper, with Gazzaniga (and possibly Davis if he's still on our books) as back up, I'd be very nervous. I'm still hoping Forster's injury isn't too bad.

I'm surprised Southgate cut 3 strikers. Berahino, Ings and Kane are 3 great strikers got the u21s to have, but I'd have taken one more, Afobe or Bamford. Not sure 3 is enough for any tournament.

The left back at Hull, Robertson, wasn't bad this season, but we don't need a left back, so it's moot. There's not many I'd have from Villa either. Delph perhaps and Benteke. Guzan as a fill in for Forster while he's out perhaps. I wonder if we'll "pad out the squad" now we're in Europa with a few more players than we otherwise would have on the books, in spite of the powers that be insisting youth will be given a chance next season. Will be an exciting summer.
