I'm neutral today but there's always a part of me that roots for the Underdog. More so because of a text I got this morning from an Arsenal supporting colleague who'd already assumed Arsenal had won the cup.

I'd definite take Berahino. Young, in the International squads, English, has proven he can score goals, and wants the move as he fell out with his teammates. Him and Ings, for example, wouldn't be a bad two additions to our striking line up at all.

It'd also arse off the Spurs faithful if we got de Boer and they got Pochettino. From what I read they want a more proven manager than Poch. One thing there are at the moment is a lot of good managers out of work, or managers that may be looking for fresh challenges. I want Pochettino to stay, but only if his heart is in it, and can we please get it sorted out promptly!

There's fine line with buying the right player should the need to replace Shaw arise. For instance at Arsenal, they signed Andre Santos for 7 million, and for a similar price had to buy Monreal to replace him. Good replacements are out there for Shaw though, which is why, as long as the price is right, I'm not too concerned with seeing him go. (As long as it's after the World Cup) Lallana though will be very difficult to replace satisfactorily, and given his longevity at the club already, I really want to see him stay.

I personally think Lallana has looked so good this season because he's had JRod and Rickie alongside him. Seeing as we're more than likely keeping Rickie, and because of his injury JRod too, makes me wonder whether it'll sway his decision to stay put. They always look so happy playing together. Perhaps that's just wishful thinking.

No David Moyes on the Saints one? Is he too good for us?
