If you ask me, I think our mascot doesn't say a lot about our team. We're the Saints - we should have Saint Christopher, patron Saint of travellers and children, as our mascot. I wonder whether they'd buy a new Sammy Saint mascot outfit or whether you'd have to put up with the collective stink of the previous occupants farts, sweat, urine and breath... (oh, and if one of you know the previous occupant of said mascot uniform, which you probably do, then I'm just guessing. This is based on a penguin mascot uniform I bought and wore on my wedding day as a surprise to my wife, which despite only being worn once absolutely reeked afterwards. And no, I did not use it for wedding night sex games either.)

One would assume you'd have to be CRB checked lest you were a fiddy kiddler in the past? That's just common sense.

I'm a fan of Lukaku but I dont see any 's on people sucking his manpole. Hes a player still 6/7 years from his peak, hes big and powerful, hes a proven goalscorer in the Premier League. Plus a couple of times last season that I saw him play he was conjouring stuff out of nothing. Im not saying he's the finished article, and out of him or Benteke I'd perhaps still plump for Benteke (even though he's not the finished article either) but he'd still be a cracking signing. We wont get him though, even if he were available I'd see a bigger side after him.

You sure theyre not after Rupert Lowe as Director of Football? :-)
