  1. There's more chance of little blue aliens climbing up my bum and setting themselves up a cosy home.
  2. Surprised nobody's started a 'songs for Sharp' thread yet. Nice and premature as per usual.
  3. That is brilliant! ...and it sorts out what present I get the mother in law for her birthday.
  4. What is the best thing to splatter your man juice into/onto? I only ask because my, erm, friend isn't getting any and I'm, erm, he's, looking to relieve himself in other ways.
  5. Granted it does look as though it's going to go through, but I hate tempting fate! When it's officially announced on the OS, with Sharp grinning and holding a Saints shirt, then I'll be happy!
  6. Hooiveld, Falque, Lee, Sharp is a good window, add Puncheon to that and it's been nearly perfect. People say we need a keeper. I don't, not until the summer at least. Let's hope Sharp signs and starts tomorrow's game, and see what he really has to offer.
  7. Only the player himself could screw this up now. A marquee signing at this level, and key if we want to get promoted THIS season.
  8. So Leicester are looking to sign Danny Collins as we've missed out on him but we're about to sign Billy Sharp. I'd have taken that result at the start of yesterday! I take it we'll still be looking for CB coverage but in the emergency loan window. Good of Saints to do some business late on in the window - I thought nothing would happen.
  9. Would Sharp's signing mean we have a new record for most procrastinated transfer ever, beating Skacel, or does Lee get that vote?
  10. Oh. Really? Well, erm, In my defence, he was a pretty guy and I was drunk.
  11. It's been doing the rounds on Facebook for a while but coming from Chappers makes it extra special!
  12. I post - at work on fag breaks, at home when bored, if there's anything remotely Saints related in the press or on SSN, and on the ****ter. I check SaintsWeb on my smartphone approximately once every 1.34 minutes.
  13. TBF with a month of transfer window before hand, clubs haven't really got a leg to stand on. It's definitely been one of the quietest transfer windows in memory.
  14. Norwich please - I always enjoy trying to get one over on the missus. That said I think it'll be a big team, as Colin says, which gives us the incentive to win the replay.
  15. Too true. Also a shame that we can't sign Whittingham at half time, live on the pitch, and have him playing for us in the second half! A game on deadline day does get in the way, but hell, I'm at work, and will miss everything anyway.
  16. I named it, put it in a movie, and let it describe my 2011 bowel movements.
  17. Is this like that birdwatching thing? You know, if I see a Tadanari Lee in my back garden I'm supposed to tell someone?
  18. A must win. It's so important we get the three points on Tuesday to open up that 4 point gap, both in League terms and mentally. We're reaching the tail end of the injury crisis, and have the new boys on board. Find that home form again and we'll be all ready to push for automatic promotion as the season comes to an end.
  19. Lee is a good player, and when fit he will prove it. A month loan to gain fitness is a good idea though, as long as he can be recalled if needed.
  20. In the draw for the fifth round would be very good, having played weakened teams in both previous rounds. Just need to close the game out now...
  21. Bart's not a bad keeper, but I really couldn't tell you what was going through his mind against Blackpool. He was diabolical - he couldn't catch a cold. The worst performance I've seen from a goalie, ever, I think. To be fair he's come back from that nightmare well, against Coventry and today he sounds/sounded very competent. Come on Saints, keep it tight for the draw.
  22. Goal Millwall. SHYTE.
  23. 4 if you include Reeves. Bring on Collins! You never can have enough left backs.
  24. Millwall should have scored.
