God they're playing THAT Tranmere game now!!
-
But to be honest, the ones they win now are only tin-pot ones. They could just play a two legged match and the winner declared Scottish champions (and cut out all the rest of the dross).

I think it's inevitable and sooner rather than later. The TV money is the only thing that's keeping most PL teams afloat and no TV company is going to sink anywhere near as much money into Scottish football, therefore the old firm are going backwards at a rate of knots. The likes of Wigan and Gartside's own team Bolton have a much bigger revenue than the old firm, despite the latter's world-wide fan-base and the only way for them to claw back the gap, is for them to join the English Leagues.

No, you're correct and one episode was shot by the Dell car park and old Saints shop. I think it may have been a BBC series but only lasted for 1 or 2 seasons. Felt quite sad and nostalgic driving over Northam Bridge yesterday, seeing the old Southern/TVS/Meridian studios completely flattened. Funnily enough made me nostalgic over the big banana.

I go with the Christmas Radio Times and they will have the 26th as "Christmas Saturday" and the 28th as "Boxing Day". I bet the Itchen Bridge isn't free for 4 days though!

Freudian slip I would suggest.
-
We're safe there because even if we did call him back from Grimsby, he'd be suspended because of his LATEST red card.
-
Aaron Martin? Maybe too much of a leap of faith?
-
That's the Sun readership. Teenage sh!t for brains with acne.

Yes but It's not as if we're going into the competition with a realistic chance of getting past the 4th or 5th round. Better he's available for the League and JPT IMO. If we can extend his loan period or better still buy him in January, he'll be available from Round 3 anyway (if we're still in of course).
-
Maybe it's because he's a saleable commodity and his value may not be quite so high if he is cup-tied?
-
On OS now! Extended to January and can play in FA Cup. http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~1845791,00.html

http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~1845791,00.html Antonio can play but Mellis and Trotman can't.

Funnily enough, "the same 'controversial' posters," would probably beg to differ.

You really need to get your psychiatrist to change your medication, if you truly believe that b*ll*cks. The likes of Paul Merson, Tony Adams, Michael Owen, Ian Wright have all had their problems with addictions or had scrapes with the law or both. All though have got professional help and in the case of the law breakers, have done their time and have come back to resurrect their careers. All of those would have been welcome at Saints, if we had been in the position to sign them. The likes of Marlon King and Joey Barton are just scumbags, who show no remorse for their actions, they do not even believe that they have done wrong or have a problem, let alone be prepared to do rehabilitation or counselling to cure them. Yet, no doubt some club will sign him on release to feed his multimillion pound ego, until he goes down again.

They didn't. They called him Terence HTH.

I think the Mods should close this thread because it is getting confusing.

And more to the point, I very much doubt Markus would either.
-
Yes, King himself, King's mother, his agent, his solicitor, Taylor and umm...errr.... That's about it.
-
Blimey, they must be impressed with him. I thought it would've been 18 months/2 years to see how he goes (unless you mean four-fifths of course )
-
TBH If those two crosses came in any other week I doubt either would end up in the back of the net. The header was unbelievable but 99 times out of 100, it either goes wide, into KD's arms or Trotman gets there first. The second was a flukey skip off the deck which caused it to hit Trotman's knee and fly up into the net. Again most of the time (although I won't say 99/100 this time) Trotman deals with the cross or if it does ricochet off him, from that distance, it is an easy save by KD.

I personally hope somebody in prison breaks is legs so he can't come back.

May not have been an option? Reading will want him in the shop window for January and if we weren't prepared to loan with a view to permanent signing, then a month is probably all they were prepared to give as an extension? Edit: It would suggest that he will not be allowed to play in the FA Cup this weekend though!
