  1. yeah robert steel.... whoever that is
  2. absolutely, well said if anything this whole affair could bring us close and make us stronger
  3. i agree. sounds to me like the league have said, we will only give consent to this deal if the 10 pts stay and the group wont accept that simple but fundamental problem
  4. easy... tahar on dyer ive never enjoyed such a vicous and premeditated foul in my life
  5. ive not seen any evidence to suggest morph knows anything. other then an uncanny ability to post very vague info that somehow keeps people coming back for more its funny how the one consortium to actually do the deal is the only one to not have anyone 'itk' giving details of it on here
  6. so let me get this straight.. forrest want blackstock, mcgoldrick, mills and surman?? didnt they all used to play together somewhere else?
  7. has anything he said ever come to pass?? honest question or does he just make each post so oblique that its impossible to verify or otherwise?
  8. not only high rates but also high risk and they knew it. it was a level of greed that made them agree to such high risk lending. lets not forget its not just in football that banks have lost money in recently its probably also worth bearing in mind that it wasnt this group that agreed/applied to/for these loans. i can see why they wold resent paying off too much of a loan they had no part in putting the books
  9. exactly. i appreciate the update rather then having to slog my way through pages and pages of assumption, guess work and outright drivel to get the (very) few factual parts
  10. i went and saw a few millwall's games during wises time there and to be honest he was doing a great job. cup final and probable playoff place until they took their eye off the league for said cup run could be said he had built on mcghee's legacy, but either way, they were playing great football, enjoying success and without poyet anywhere in sight
  11. yep id go along with this too. ive stayed and stayed, kept getting my season ticket through whats now been years of failure and disappointment and im prepared to keep getting one evn for league 1. However, if this is true. that really will be it for me. i wont be coming back
  12. ive recently been told that apparently i do this too. although its never been an issue with any girlfriends past would explain problems ive had with my jaw in the past though. and a cure/help might be quite useful actually
  13. i also seem to remember lowe saying he was protecting the club for its future fans.....hmmmmm
  14. thats right i went with a mate all the way up to hartlepool to watch bournemouth on a sunday for a game that was on tv anyway and it cost £20 to get in the prices dont really come down all that much as you go down the leagues
  15. lol!! perhaps not as obvious as you first thought pap's (do you mind if i call you pap's?) anyhow, its become clear who the favourite amongst the fans is. i just hope this supporter takeover happens so all our dreams become reality
  16. absolutely, tommy ticks all the boxes i thought my mate was joking when he said tommy had been linked. now i see it has legs and am already excited for next season who would have thought, an experienced, no nonsense, proven manager with almost unanimous support amongst the fans. with Widd's there is NO WAY we can fail
  17. got to admit im a little dissapointed too. was really up for game last weekend, but was a little let down in the end and this is even worse to be honest really used to think better of our 'fans', obviously misguded
  18. to be honest, (as with most games this season) i was dreading the game tomorrow now i cant wait!! its going to be a special special atmosphere i reckon i dont usually stand up "if you love the saints" mainly through sheer laziness to be honest, but tomorrow i will and it would be great for the whole ground to do the same our chance to show the world what this club means to us
  19. im not going to renew whatever league we are in if they are still here. although admittedly thats becoming a bit of a mute point anyway
  20. more like a great piece of pr by lowe make everyone before the window believe we have to sell....then dont sell and everyone thinks wow what a great window is not selling really great news for us these days??? ****, we really dont have any aspirations or ambitions as a club anymore
  21. this is one of the funniest threads ever
  22. got to admit, when wilde talked in the last programme of bringing in an experienced centre back, a 19 year old from Reading was not exactly what i had in mind
  23. I had no interest what-so-ever in engand games, until the fa finally got something right and appointed Capello I have no doubt at all our best chance of winning something is with him as manager
  24. ..in fairness, wild-saint (assuming its the same one) is usually spot on
