  1. Yup, they still do - and it's all from stock, which is quite handy. No waiting around for it, which is decent. Yeah, the trade discounts can vary depending on product, can be anything between 55-85% on kitchen units (dependent on range, accessories, upgrade items), whilst other items consumbables/hardware (30% and up), mouldings, doors, joinery (40% and up) and flooring (60% and up). As for staff, once again, it's dependent on the range but it could be anything between 70%-85% off the units and 70%-95% off the range panels, plinths etc. Obviously, the pre-discount prices are huge thus enabling the large percentage off but it's still great value for money and it's no obligation - the survey and design service is free, there is never a deposit required on the kitchen so if you do decide otherwise nothing is lost. As someone said above, one of the major things for us is the cabinets are pre-made and all our products are from stock, with the exception of some of the metric internal doors or decorative kitchen items... and if we don't have it at the branch, we can source it in very good time and have it dropped out to you if required. Anyway, I don't want to bore any of you too much but if anyone does require any information by all means don't hesitate to ask. The Kraken, are you local?
  2. This. Countless times he was dragged left and right (from the middle CB position) because those around him couldn't deal with things. Fonte is probably under more pressure with this defence than he's ever been, hence why he's probably all over the place a bit himself. Those around him are f()cking useless.
  3. As posted elsewhere... That was the clearest sign yet we've regressed. We've lost three top class proven players and replaced them with cheap gambles. I guess our transfer committee got cocky that we could do it again. Feel sorry for he fans, they must feel mugged with that substandard ****e. Sort it the f**k out. Schneiderlin is the best in the world at what he does, without question, been saying it in the face of all the Nemanja Matic love there seems to be. He's incredible. That, plus the loss of an able deputy in Cork, the undoubted quality of Alderweireld and Clyne has been to much to bear. We only spent serious money last close season because of the outcry and the fact they literally had to. Then it worked and they lived off the visionaries reputation that was bestowed upon them. I'm looking at you, Les Reed and Co. Midtjylland aren't a bad team but we should never, ever have been in this position in the first place. A total **** up and the cocky malaise of the board has led to this. Koeman as well, if his comments are anything to go by... but don't worry, Virgil van Dijk, who plays against Scotland's equivalents of Matt Paterson every week will sort it out.
  4. 29? And why would want to come play alongside that shoite is another matter altogether.

  6. Nothing to do with that poor sod... one moment he's got competent footballers beside him, the next moment he's got Martina, Yoshida, Caulker and Targett all brainfarting alongside him. Poor fecker is overworked thinking for them four, let alone covering them physically as well.

  8. **** ok I'll delete some stuff
  9. Disgraceful. #wemarchon
  10. Mate I work for howdens, drop me a private message and I'll sort you out with my staff discounts x
  11. Was thinking the same... Truly horrific
  12. Neither would be better, IMO. Don't think he'll calm down Jose's nerves. Nevermind! Still worth giving him a chance, likewise Clasie, but I think we'll still majorly flappy. Shame for Stekelenburg
  13. Been done for about 2 weeks, allegedly.
  14. Haven't seen that one... I'll go have a look!
  15. It looks it.. rather sadly, I watched a few Youtube clips of that journey!
  16. Watched documentary on that the other day! Incredible feat of engineering!
  17. No, they've done magnificent and I don't think there is one person who can knock them for what they've done. That aside, if we do, as a club, have any intention of "breaking the glass ceiling" (Les Reed's words, not mine), then we cannot continue to turn over the number of quality players year in, year out. You mention the Liebherr's don't run the club in that way, fair enough, but Kenwright, with significantly less resources at Everton, hasn't sold off their coveted players in bulk floggings. I think the main thing people are concerned about - and the fans aren't stupid - is that sure, clubs can want our players but are we (a) doing enough to keep them here in the first place (If it's money, can we do more - most people cite that it's money that is the allure, the glamour of playing for a big club, personally, I think it's a mesh of both) (b) investing enough in their replacements. We did the previous close season after huge outcry, but we've tried to go under the radar and do it cheaply this time. We, as fans and the players currently in the squad aren't stupid - some of them from last year's successful campaign must be thinking "Where is the club going exactly?" and you can't blame them, either. I hope we aren't selling the club to prospective players as a "stepping stone" to greater riches. Sure, we'll always have our place in the food chain but it's f()cking agonising to watch the squad, year after year, be torn apart because we possibly aren't doing as much as we could to keep those players - and putting our owners wealth aside, this is also despite all the new Premier League riches we have. So, is it a fair question to ask "Where are Southampton FC going?" then I believe yes, yes it is. Whether you'll get an honest, sincere and frank answer from Ralph or Les or just a fan-friendly soundbite prior to season ticket renewals is another thing altogether.

  19. They're only getting 15,000+ crowds at the moment 'cos of their relative success. That's them all over, delusional glory hunters. They were struggling to get 12,000 with their innovative "Pack The Pack" scheme in the Championship when they down the bottom, so it's got nothing to do with how big they are, more to do with a load of fanboys wanting to jump on the... ahem, League Two success bandwagon. ()
  20. And there it is...
  21. Id have taken a point at Watford but the performance was utterly terrible.
  22. I challenged Crook a couple of years back and had hundreds of Saints fans abusing me telling me to "leave him alone". I wasn't rude, just told him he was talking rubbish and doesn't have any credible sources. He insulted me then deleted me. If only I could get on there now....
