  1. It appears he's not answering that because, surprise, he's wrong
  2. Yes Defo about the merlin sticker album
  3. Massively different type of game.
  4. That it way too weak
  5. Stekelenburg Cedric Fonte Yoshida Targett Wanyama Reed Davis Tadic Pelle Mane Gazzaniga, Caulker, Martina, Clasie, Long, Juanmi, Rodriguez.
  6. FWIW, here's my window must-haves; To fill the Alderweireld-shaped hole... (one from) Balls out: Aleksandar Dragovic, £11m, Nicolas N'Koulou, £9.1m (both left-sided CB's) Cheaper alternative: Rami Gershon, £3m, (another left-sided CB, very rugged, unpolished though) To fill the Morgan-shaped hole...(one from) Balls out: Grzegorz Krychowiak, £20m, Maxine Gonalons, £14m Cheaper alternative: Alex Song, £7m (though probably not with the wages involved), Mile Jedinak, £8m A little something extra... Also someone I think would suit our style of play is Ki at Swansea. Would be a great little squad player if we could get him. That said, so would have Jack Cork. If you had £30m to strengthen the squad before the window closes, who would you (realistically) attempt to sign and in what positions do you think we're lacking in?
  7. A goal made in Southampton in the Comm Shield (Walcott to Chamberlain)
  8. In that case then we should have gone balls out for him as soon as those terms expired then. Doesn't matter now, we got caulker, which is okish
  9. I think we dropped a bollock with that one, not Toby. Should have gone all out in January.
  10. Can I get a twix and two panda pop cherry drinks if I bring a friend?
  11. Taraabt and Osvaldo. Wow, Benfica want to regress into anarchy then. If that happens, they'll finish way behind Sporting and Porto.

That should not be allowed in our capital city. That's ridiculous.
  14. Is it worth asking our resident Dutch members how Koeman will use Clasie and what he did with him at Feyenoord? I'd be interested to find out, especially considering he's a bit different to Schneiderlin
  15. Watford Bournemouth Leicester M'boro Reading Hull/burnley Brum will have a much improved season
  16. Agreed, we won't... but if we stay in this league, a nice healthy top up of TV cash will wing it's way to us over the course of 12 months
  17. He looks thrilled to be there
  18. Absolutely horrific defending for the fourth. I almost copped watching that.

Exactly what I thought when I wrote it. They genuinely don't have a clue whats happening, The Mirror and Sky Sports. We're still in for him & tryin.
  20. I heard that he's pretty much done but its got something to do with adidas and the new kit is the reason he hasn't been announced yet. Dunno, could be wrong :-/ Don't see why a new kit would stop them from signing someone, they signed depay after all

  22. They could shop me.... But I don't know who the hell was tipping them lol
  23. Just reading an article on match fixing and it made me recall last season and that I was fortunate enough to get a tip off on a few matches that were supposedly fixed. They were right across the world footballing spectrum, from Hungary to Ecuador to the English championship. These were all from the same tipster allegedly and 9/14 tips came in. The markets were mostly halftime/full-time results and correct scores. In one instance, a correct score of 3-1 in a match happened when a penalty and terrible defending in the last ten minutes saw the score go from 2-0 to 3-1 and boom, correct score. Having seen the highlights it would appear that this game was a bit iffy but despite me happily cashing in the bet I did have a bit of a moral dilemma in a sense that I thought it was sad that the game I love could so easily be corrupted. Has anyone else ever been tipped anything for football matches that were supposedly fixed?
