Cork was excellent and would improve the team no-end over the sh1te we have now. It was just unfortunate that he had the likes of Schneiderlin, Wanyama in front of him. Lallana wouldn't be a bad shout but it really would depend on exactly how much - £10m tops would be probably be fair... it's not as if we'd be buying him for pace, more for guile. Wanyama - huge yes, considering we have only one DM with the turning circle of a dreadnought (and he's our best midfielder) and the fact we have the worst collection of centre-halves since Souness started a collection with Boumsong and Bramble at Newcastle. Pelle, Tadic. Nah, boo them both. Rubbish mate. Rubbish.

Wouldn't say he's overrated at all - he's done very well so far and will be a much much better manager than a genuinely overrated Steven Gerrard IMO. Have you see Lampard's teams play? They play some really decent stuff. Anyway, as long as Yoshida and McCarthy play and Vestergaard and Gunn don't, I'll be happy.

Likewise, always rated him - yet unfortunately we're obssessed with the Danish Prutton and him of no-discernable-attributes other than the odd good free kick.

Personally, the frustration for me and many others is we've wasted so much money on sh1te and not strengthened our weak areas. And where we do actually have competent players (McCarthy, Yoshida, Valery etc) they are constantly overlooked or played in strange positions. We hamstring ourselves needlessly, when we're already, quite evidently, not very good in the first place.

Gunn is not consistently impressive. Since hes been in goal, check over the goals we've conceded - about 50% of them would have been saved by an average PL keeper.

Neither will get any better. They are sh1te.

I'll say it again. JWP is ineffective with no discernible attribute to warrant a place in a PL side. One of our own so therefore a top player on here. Hojberg is and always has been a below-average Danish Prutton - but hey, he claps and fist pumps alot so he's a top player on here. Another with no definable attributes. Vestergaard - just no no no. Gunn - Instagram Forster; designer stubble and the looks - but all the talent of Forster. Top gk on hrere though. Bizarre positional selections. Hassenhutl surely isn't mental to believe its actually a good idea, or is he proving a point in a weird way... I've no idea. What confuses me the most is people persisting with the belief that any of the above players are any good/will come good is f()cking beyond me.
