Pretty much my take on it all.

My GF is Irish and I've found it depends on where they're from. Those from city areas where English is the first language are happy the way it is, but those from Irish speaking rural areas generally still long for a united Ireland. It'll stay as it is IMO as thankfully both sides just seem a bit fed up with it all these days.

I've men semi-final tickets, looking forward to it.

Even though it's rubbish, I'd sooner not have any potential "converts" from those two thanks very much.

It is now becomingly increasingly tempting to just stay out there if we win on Sunday, make it to Warsaw and then get home somehow.

Flying out Friday for the 1/4s, expensive but have to be there now.

Except total extinction, a "fans buy out" would be by far the funniest conclusion to this saga. Not that it would conclude anything.

I'd love to know how they are going to allocate away tickets next season. Obviously STH's first, but first two away games being Man City and Arsenal, I can see them easily selling out. Will they look at last season? Free for all for STH's? Or are they going to use this loyalty points thing, but looking at that it doesn't make any sense because it's just a point for every £ spent, so hardly fair to do it that way.

I look forward to the other 3 stands helping out next season, after doing pretty much nothing for years on end (Kingsland Northam corner the exception).

Used to have a ST right at the back on Block 1, stood all season quite comfortably from what I can remember. The sun is a ***** though!

That was my thinking, although they didn't even ask for it last season.

Trying to renew as a student (was also one last season) but only giving me the adult price option. I assume this will have to be done in person from the 20th?

I've no feeling either way and have watched the majority of the TV over the weekend. What I find sad though is that it has seemingly taken an event like this for everyone to get to know their neighbour or community. I don't think that's something to be particularly proud of... Are we all too busy to say a simple "hello, how are you" any other day of the year?

Had to give up my ST second League 1 season as worked abroad, so last year I had to pay "new" price of £540. Fine, this year I'm entitled to the renewal discount unlike last year, but even if I wasn't it would only be £60 more then last season. That's easily spent on one night out.

I think it really does depend on where you sit as to how happy/annoyed you are with the pricing. My ST in the Northam went from £540 last season to £575. A student ticket in the same area £440 last season to £475 this. Very happy with that.

Haven't you heard? We aren't just the "new" Barcelona in terms of our playing style...

Joined that club last season. It gets to a stage where you just can't miss a game even though you've no right to somehow get there (e.g. Hull away on a Tuesday night when you don't finish work until 4...)

Agreed. For a thread about Liverpool, there is an awful lot of talk about Aston Villa.

The way ticket sales has been dealt with has been nothing short of a disgrace, and I have tickets. Our TO could teach this lot a thing or two and that's saying something.
