And then we really would be up the swanee unless his brother stays with us of course

Elia is young, learning what works and what doesn't--off the pitch I mean. He's got a lot of help here because of the team ethic and everyone should benefit. Dani boy is different, completely, he is older, should know better by now and shows no sign of thinking there is anything to learn. High hopes for one and absolutely none for the other.
-
Should have added Alf Ramsey scored four that day, playing as a centre forward, what a start!
-
Born in southampton 1935, first match 1943 we beat Luton 12-3 not missed much since even though I've lived in West Dorset for the last 45 years

He chose to move and take the money, he looks s bit of an old mess to me now, ok he scored one, big deal, he'd do better with Tranmere if he wants to be up there
-
He is so adaptable, any gap - he can fill it, useful guy to have but he deserves a fixed place. Goals? When he gets started they will come, could be another Lampard for goals, he's got the gift of being in the right place, just watch he'll have ten next season, unless he's signed for Arsenal

I was shocked at the time--who wasn't? but with hindsight i have to admit it was a bold and brilliant move and opened the door to where we are now. that's the way big business works and football is very big business and NC (like him or not) knew that and got it right.

Guy Askham a good chairman? Hey, what planet ? He took us to the edge of ruin with his love-in with Branfoot and then he made a fortune out of the Club giving himself and a few cronies the clubs stoscks and shares

Blimey, will a corner for an accidental handball make things less confused, players and fans will be doing their nut
-
But not with us, thanks

Markus' best signing? His first, Nicola set us up, gave the belief and drove us on.Everything else followed

Its amazing to me that the Liebherr years have brought more stability to the Club than before in spite of having four different managers in a short time, and they've all been the right person at the right time, so I go for all four managers equally good signings, but as we climb up they get better and better

Yes, agreed! Compare the leadership Fonte can be seen to give every match compared with last year's captain, oh dear, his leadership on and off the field was invisible
-
Lambert's gone, get over it. Fonte and Clyne are here and still growing with the club, still improving, getting us to 3rd place. they are the two (both from Palace!)

Eljero Elia - Confirmed 6 Month Loan

Another happy fan! -
Some people must have something to moan about
-
Of course we need cover, can't argue with that but what quality goaly is willing to sit on the bench? how do we get one? Easier said then done
-
Exactly this, well said!

Don't understand whythe two Cup/Chams Lg are considered to be mutually exclusive. Go for both! Get one if lucky
-
I agree about the brothers but I would like to know how Sammy Lee fits in, he always seems a huge enthusiast and a top guy to have around. We've got a top team on and off the field at the moment
-
L'pool don't know how to use the talent they've got, the great thing about Saints (recent times) is that we've made ordinary players good and good players great
-
Living in the past? we are heading for the future

250 games of Schneiderlin: Your favourite Morgan moments?
Dellman replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Nothing memorable today, even though he scored. Is he still interested, or going through the motions? -
Exactly right, agreed , the difference is that Terry was pushed out on a 'free' because Lawrie Mc found him too much of a rival boss while Lambert wanted to go
