  1. That's pretty much the kit worn by Monaco most years - and FC Utrechts Hummel kit last year
  2. Advert or no advert the way he has behaved has left a bad taste in the mouth. The way Lallana , Pochettino and Lambert have behaved clearly shows the club can be bullied by the manager, players and another club like Liverpool - and I fully expect Schneiderlin and Lovren to leave in the same way now. Without Sharez Liverpool were no better than us last season - probably worse - but how will you feel when they finish in the top 4 again this season with 3 of our players in their team - whereas we'll be bottom half at best, possibly in a relegation battle unless things change dramatically between now and the start of the season. We will be an embarrassment if 3 of our players end up at Liverpool - and we are already a joke - which club started the World Cup with 3 England players and finished with none? And it could well be all 7 players who went to the World Cup leave us this summer. Never have I cared so little for the England team. With last years squad and manager with a couiple of additions we really could have been contenders this season - for the top 4 and maybe a even a cup. I don't t really care about Lallana winning something with another club - or the fact he'll earn a lot more money when he's probably already earned more money than I'll ever see and I well paid. I wanted him to win something with Saints - and he was probably already the highest paid player the clubs ever had. I hope everythiing comes good - and the players we bring in this summer our better than the ones we are losing - and that we can strengthen the squad over last season as well - and we continue to move forward - and maybe even win something - but right now that looks a very big ask. How foolish do we look now singing that Saints were off to Brazil last season!? And what example does it set for our much heralded academy graduates - the departure of Shaw and Lallana - make the first team, throw your toys out the pram and move on as soon as you can. What's the point of trying to compete? It seems the football world - the press particularly - are determined we can't. I have never seen a team dismantled so thoroughly by the media. Hopefully in a months time when we've signed Tadic, Pelle, Van Dijk, Rojos and Witsel to replace the players we've lost and added Caulker, Rodwell, Ings, Clasie, Martins-Indi, Firminio and De Vrij to give us the depth we need - I feel a whole lot better. And when they all gel spectacularly and we finally win something at the end of next season I'll laugh about all this - but that is very very unlikely isn't it. You have to ask what's the point? Now I know it's not all Lallana's fault - but he is very much part of the problem.
  3. Can we ban him? After all he seems to be acting as little more than an agent for the so called big clubs! Crap England manager as well! I mean what idiot thinks Smalling, Jones, Milner, and Johnson are international class footballers!?
  4. Sounds like Lallana didn't give up his loyalty bonuses too me - hence the reduced cut Bournemouth are getting. They are right ways and wrong ways to leave a club and Lallana has gone about it very badly. He should have kept his mouth shut - instead of leaking stuff to journalists - waited until after the World Cup, handed in a transfer request, said he wanted to play champions league and keep his England place - and lef it at that. At his age we could all of understood that - even if we didn't like it. To be honest I am fairly disappointed with all three of our England boys - Lambert, Lallana and Shaw - all of them should have kept quiet until after he World Cup and waited for their 'big move' to happen when the one is right - Lambert included. Lallana's comments about Liverpool and wanting to play for them last season - and their style fantastic style of play are particularly grating. Without Suarez Saints were arguably a better team than Liverpool - playing pretty much the same way. I hope Liverpool struggle this season once Suarez leaves - and with Gerrard well past his best. But then I never liked them for all the glory hunters at school in the 80s who supported them - then switched to man Utd, arsenal or Chelski. I hope with those three gone that's the end of it - but I have a horrible feeling Morgan and Lovren will follow them out of the club. To add insult to injury we'll probably be stuck with Osvaldo and Gaston too!
  5. Just saying Koeman signed Ever Banega for Valencia from Boca Juniors and John Guidetti on loan from Man Citeh for Feyenrood.
  6. Swansea have said Bony isn't for sale - and he'd probably cost double the £12 million thy paid for him. Luc Castaignos - the player they are signing from Twente for £6.5 million is the kind of player we should be signing. Young international striker with a great expectations of him.
  7. We don't need a direct replacement for Lambert - who's really a second striker - we need a centre forward Luc Castaignos at FC Twente is valued a £4 million supposedly. Alfred Finnbogasson would probably cost us a bit more but he would be another Either Guidetti or Borini would be good to add some strength in depth upfront as well I'd love Romelu Lukaku - but I would guess we could only afford him on loan if at all I'm more worried about how we'd replace Lallana if he left
  8. Moyes and Remi Garde?
  9. Fonte and Clyne are off ax well aren't they Boruc Stephens. Turnbull. Yoshida. Targett. Cork. Reed. Isgrove. McQueen. Rowe. Gallagher
  10. I thnk you might just have stumbled upon a key part of the boards master plan Maybe Pochettino was right to leave Saints
  11. Not that one - they've got a new buyer on the hook
  12. If the club can't keep hold of Pochettino I doubt they have the ambition to buy a good manager out of a contract at another club - so it will be someone who is already out of a job - or at club lower down the leagues The favourites must be Lennon, Petrescu and Oscar Garcia I'd have Adkins back but why would he leave Reading - a club who are just about to be bought by a billionaire - all be it a Chelsea fan What worries me is if Pochettino does go Lallana, Shaw, Schneiderlin and Lovren will almost certainly follow hm out of the door for Champions League football And I imagine Fonte and Cork won't sign new contracts so I expect they'll go as well as the club tries to cash in on them when they still have a year on their contracts Wanyama, Clyne and Rodriguez will probably want out as well - to bigger, better and more ambitious clubs I expect Lennon will want the job - and perhaps his only saving grace is he'll keep Wanyama happy and maybe bring Fraser Forster with him Still it could be worse we could be Norwich I suppose
  13. Is ill be vey disappointed in Liebherr, Pochettino and Krueger if that's true. to Spurs of all clubs - a joke of a football club at the best if times - so what does that make us!? If Katherine Liebherr doesn't even want to keep Saints where they are she should sell the club and move on Letting Pochettino go will Lead to an exodus of our best players - they have all more or less said they will leave
  14. Bad day for football - QPR getting promoted and Real Madrid winning the Champions League. Both clubs proving financial fair play is a joke! I have no love for Derby after the play-off at Pride Park and the way their fans behaved - but I think I detest 'Arry Redknapp more. And don't give me the Bale stuff - he left us for Spurs, for the money and too early - and we got nowhere near enough money for him - plus he's Welsh
  15. That could just as easily be one of the security/access gates at St Mary's - or the new traing ground. Cortese turned everything black, grey and silver fom the old red and white
  16. I think it's time for Ramirez to go - he's not really suited to the Premier league - he just not dynamic enough in possession or when trying to get the ball back Let's hope he has a good World Cup so we can get most of our money back for him We need a right winger and some pace - so for me Scott Sinclair would be a good replacement for Gaston at £2-3 million - he does need some TLC though As for replacing Lallana we should solve two problems in one - and swap Osvaldo with Valencia for some cash and Banega. Valencia are apparently interested in The Great Osvaldo and look like they want to get rid of Banega as he's on loam at Newells Old Boys at the moment And if QPR and the twitcher fail to get promoted I'd replace Osvaldo with Charlie Austin for £6-7 million We still need another good forward though - Lukaku or Piazon on loan from Chelsea would do And I'd also go after someone like Henri Lansbury or Josh McCreacham to give us another attacking option in midfield We also need another left back whatever happens - Ryan Bertrand or that Timothee Kolosomething sounds good to me - and Steven Caulker would add the defender we need as well
  17. I have to agree with that - he should have been appointed Chairman with a new Chief Executive/Managing Ditector working under him
  18. I was kinda suggesting if and I mean if we lost both Lallana and Morgan Schneiderlin. Hopefully Banega would give us the creativity we would need from midfield and Jack Rodwell the running of Schneiderlin.
  19. If we do lose Lallana, Lovren, Shaw and Morgan - as well as Gaston and Osvaldo how about: Steve Caulker and Davide Astori - to strengthen the defence Ever Banega and Jack Rodwell in midfield Scott Sinclair and Danny Ings upfront Alberto Moreno at left back
  20. Meant to say if we sell Shaw we need to replace him with at least two left backs - eg Bertrand @£7 million and the Polish/French player Timothee Kolo for about the same cost for example Please just not Buttner in part exchange Alberto Moreno from Sevilla for £15 million would be my first choice We can't rely on Targett to step up in the same way Shaw has done - not yet anyway
  21. No he wasn't - he was past it - his legs had gone and he was injury prone - we should have taken the extra £2 or £3 million instead. The real shame is Jelle Van Damme didn't live up to the expectation - at £2.5 million he would have been a real bargain if he had. We wasted the Bridge money on Van Damme, Neil McCann and Le Saux. Without Bridge Marsden was just an average central midfielder so we lost 2 players for the price of one - and got 3 failures in one go. It was the sale and failure to replace Bridge and the left wing of the team that started the slide to our relegation. We should have signed Steed Malbranque but that way Lowe and Co wouldn't have pocketed a couple of million. If we sell Lallana for £25 million its going to cost is the best part of that if not all to replace him - or we are going to have to change the way we play dramatically
  22. The problem with that is if either Lallana or Pochettino leaves it will be the exit that starts the exodus . Both Lovren and a Morgan will probably follow them out the door for Champions League football. I think we could cope with losing just Shaw - but no one on else really. It goes without saying that Osvaldo, Hooiveld, Do Prado, K Davis and Ramirez should be leaving whatever else happens And why would De Boer come to Saints leaving a champions league Ajax for us - you could same the same about Spurs - but I'd be very surprised if he did.
  23. Maybe if they offered us £15 million in cash plus Josh McCrachan in part exchange and then loaned us Romelu Lukaku and Lucas Piazon I might think about it
  24. Without JRod we have no pace in the team. And every time we get an injury to one of the first 11 we are in trouble - we have no strength in depth outside of rightback and possibly central midfield. Boruc missing proving the point as well. We need a centre forward, a right winger, a left back, centre back and another goalkeeper at a minimum over the summer. Let's hope we can get rid of Osvaldo and Gaston in the summer for more or less what we paid for them and replace them with players that will actually give something to the team. Fingers crossed they both have great world cups!
  25. It will be Huawei
