  1. Sounds like he's close to signing for Everton. I've still got a feeling we're going to be reluctant to spend in this window with "championship ready" Sam Gallagher and Harry Reed ready to come back for next season. Chinese owners will be happy with VVD income representing a healthy % of their leveraged deal. still very suspicious of them and their motives, which clearly have nothing to do with a love of football despite what Freddie Kruger says.
  2. Hate playing Spurs. without doubt the worst record we've had against any club since being promoted back to the top flight in 2012. shlthouse club with gobby fans who seem to forget it wasn't that long ago that a mid table finish was the norm for them. Would love to get something from this, but there's no way we will. Spurs to win by more than one goal. Our tactically inept manager to remain in charge.
  3. Completely agree. Sadly I think Walcott’s best days are behind him now, don’t want us to spend our limited funds on him.
  4. If it’s Saturday 3pm with tickets priced at £15 adults and £5 for kids then I think we’d get about 20 - 25k especially as Watford tend to travel quite well down here so they’ll probably bring 3000.
  5. Tough game, but who knows what will happen over the next few days with new signings etc. They’ve had poor home results with defeats to Huddersfield and Swansea , but I just can’t see us doing enough and remain convinced MP will organise the team in such a way we’ll still manage to lose even if we take the lead.
  6. sounds like a lot of nonsense to me, doesn't give a straight answer to anything. The below quote about the Gao's stood out particularly as b0ll0cks "This is a family that really loves the region and the football and the opportunity that comes with it and is not a short-term purchase."
  7. Yes still the same, you can buy on Fulham’s website in block P2 right next to the official away section , quite a few have done that already but still tickets left.
  8. Unless it has changed the players and manager come out from the cottage and have to walk across the pitch in front of the away end to the dugouts so plenty of opportunity to vent our anger, I think it may well be the only reason I’m going to be honest. Anyone taking any banners? PELLEGRIN-GO We’re taking over 4000 up and there are f**king bus replacements between Southampton central and Parkway

    Time to wake up

I think you’ve just discovered the song we should sing for 90 mins at Fulham, F**k off the lot of them. Absolute pile of ****e
  10. Has anyone got info on Palace team news? Going to be a tough game, chance to do the double over them (didn’t we fail to do that against anyone last year?) not surprisingly low ticket sales for this game, which is what you’d expect for a cold damp midweek game at the start of January when we are in such bad form.
  11. This is my opinion as well. Not impressed. cheap option.
  12. He’s a c0nt of the highest order, was a bad influence behind the scenes last season and is still carrying on. To think I was actually pleased for him when he won the Euros, now I wish Osvaldo had done a better job and ended his career. Watching the Spurs game anyone can see a lot of the shlts wearing a saints shirt are not putting the effort in and it all stems back to when the rot set in last year, what is it with players being given the captaincy then showing zero respect for the club / fans.
  13. With any luck they’ll be found out, get a slap and thrown out
  14. Agree with this, don’t think I’ll bother going to Liverpool at home in Feb, hate the ****s . I don’t see Saints spending anywhere near all that money either. We'll probably pay over the odds for another Boufal.
  15. Any news on whether the Chinese Will reinvest the funds or use it to pay off some of the debt they took on in buying the club?
  16. They were allowed when we played there 3 years ago, you go through the same turnstiles as away fans from memory. Good turn out for this , 4000+ , best thing about the FA Cup still get some big away followings.
  17. It is strange, tickets have been 'sold out' for 48 hours now, in the meantime tickets are on general sale on Fulham's website so if anyone wants to buy in the neutral section plenty available in P2.
  18. serious question as I don't know, are there any examples of successful Chinese ownership in English football?
  19. Not on Boxing Day it won't. Tubes run, trains don't. For those who want to park close to the ground a mate of mine uses parkonmydrive.com for England games and says it works very well.
  20. yes, our prices are exactly the same as the home fans although don't think we'll have the luxury of paying on the day. The 3000 allocation sold out this afternoon so we'll find out soon enough if we are getting more tickets.
  21. They have to offer same price to away fans as they do to home fans, so if Fulham are doing a lower rate for their season ticket holders they have to offers ours the same. Very few tickets left, I don't understand why Fulham put block p2 on sale already but when home end goes on general sale next Monday no doubt plenty of Saints will buy in that block. It's nonsense having a neutral section , it's basically an extension of the away end.
  22. To be honest I think 6 home games in a row without scoring and being booed on the "lap of appreciation" was the final nail in the coffin, I remember the anger around me in the ground when we went out of Europe against Hapoel Be'ersheva, I don't miss Puel but I didn't particularly want him out mainly on the basis I had little confidence in us getting a good replacement. Going to St Marys in 2017 has generally been a chore, last night I didn't sense anger in the stands, just lots of apathy and people not caring anymore. Sad state of affairs. players look disinterested. I've watched two 'home' games this week, u23s getting beat 2-4 v Wolves. First IX getting beaten 1-4 v Leicester. Tonight is FA youth cup at St Marys u18s v Wolves, can they make it a hat trick of disappointments?
  23. If you go to match tickets and select the game block P2 comes up available to buy. Apparently slight change to cup rules away teams are entitled to 15% but have to do on a guaranteed sale basis which results in some clubs taking smaller allocations so as to not be left picking up the bill. As you say hopefully sales go well this week and we are given some more.
  24. Just talking to a Fulham season ticket holder at work who reckons we've only asked for 3000 as they put some of the Putney end on sale to home fans, perhaps there is scope to give us another block still but tickets go on general sale next week so in the unlikely event we sell out quickly it should be easy enough to buy on the Fulham website.
  25. Puel deserves a warm welcome back, we had some awful games under his leadership but he deserves some thanks for taking us to a cup final and my last memory of him being booed on a lap of honour after the Stoke game was harsh. Hard game to predict, I'd say Leicester are favourites based on current form and the quality of their forward line, we will need to take what chances come our way. Can't stand Vardy so hope karma catches up with him for his challenge on VVD last season. Won't be a big crowd, Leicester have sold 1600 so unless we've given loads of tickets away again blocks 43 and 44 will be empty.
