Not Saints, but the most blatant fix was Everton v Winbledon, finished 3-2. Last game of the season, Everton were in the crap and needed to win. Barry Horne scored from about 150 yards, and Graeme Stuart's winner, from around the penalty box, barely reached the back of the net as it went past Hans Segers. Total stitch-up. Everton also lost an end of season match 4-1 v Coventry. Everton won the league and the win saved Coventry from relegation. Can't stand Everton, bent scousers.

He is probably the only manager in the game that thinks like that. Sacking is an occupational hazard for them.

To be fair to Milner, he was one of our better players tonight. Welbeck, Gerrard, Johnson, Lescott, Carrick and Cleverley were garbage. Cole average, and Rooney hardly touched the ball in the second half. Hodgson did nothing to counter the tactical changes his opposite number made.
