  2. Perhaps Jason Puncheon took a shiete in there as well Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. We've got a mid table squad and we'll finish mid table. Anyone who thinks we'll go down is an idiot. Anyone who thinks we should sack the manager is an idiot Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. This, this, and this again in spades. Until today he'd done absolutely nothing to merit a run in the side. If he plays and does **** all for 3 games, he'll deserved to be dropped . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. What you mean Bertrands uninterested performances this season prove your point? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Pretty ordinary performance until an absolutely brilliant goal won the game. Still worries , Forster shocking. Lemina head and shoulders above anyone else on the pitch. I've always maintained Morgan was over rated on here , Lemina is in a different league than him . It would even be a toss up between him & Big Vic who I'd prefer to play in our midfield. ****ing proper player Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Equally, one brilliant goal doesn't give you a free pass. Cuco Martina , anyone? He's earnt himself a start, let's see how he does the next 3 or 4 games before hailing him as a great talent. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. It only counts if they play fantastic football that leaves their fans excited every week. Otherwise league positions don’t matter. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  9. I played 11 a side until I was 47. Early 30’s I felt like packing in , but stuck it out. Ended up playing in the same side as 2 of my older kids and also played 5 a side with my nipper , who was 14 at the time. Had to give up in the end because it took till Tuesday to get over a Sunday game. Did not fancy veterans, so now 5 seasons retired and missing it every single Sunday . I’d advise anyone, play as long as you can... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  10. Their transfer policy has been woeful, perhaps they should have poached Les rather than Koeman Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  11. It's labour policy. They said they won't walk away with no deal. Therefore if the EU say this bad deal is the only deal, take it or leave it. They've said they won't leave it, which clearly means they'll take it. Sorry if that's a bit complicated for you. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Did Cameron & Osborne emphatically say a vote to leave would be a vote to leave the SM & CU during the referendum campaign No waffle, yes or no? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Neither does stating "we will accept any deal" before you start. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. I just listened to David Cameron, Nick Clegg & George Osborne before casting my vote. All 3 clearly stated voting Leave would mean leaving SM & CU. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. The referendum was advisory, the vote for A50 was not. Votes on opposition day debates are not binding either. It will now be up to the government whether they want to pause or not, just as it was up to the government whether they brought forward legislation to trigger A50. If they do, the will of Parliament will prevail. If you’re arguing that opposition day debates should be binding, then Steptoe could enforce this when he has a majority. Of course, like every other labour government, he won’t actually want this when not in opposition Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  16. The vote for A50 was binding, Parliament voted to trigger the process of leaving the EU Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  17. Palace will change , just noticed they're playing City the day before playing us. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  19. Man Utd is as well, but the club don’t seem to have realised Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  20. What you can’t seem to grasp, but don’t worry about it because plenty of remoaners are in the same boat, is unless you’re prepared to walk away, unless the other side thinks you’re ok with walking away, you’ll get a terrible deal. What do you want, all the Brexiters to come out and follow labours ridiculous line that we must take any deal. What ****ing planet are you on? How on earth is that basic position going to get you a better deal. Any deal is better than no deal, is just a front for we don’t want to leave . What they want is for the EU to offer us such a horrendous deal that public opinion turns against it, we have another vote , and stay in. It’s not a serious attempt at influencing a negotiation, because if it was ,the people advocating it seriously shouldn’t be anywhere near any sort of decision making. “ I want to sell my house, so before we start I’ll accept any offer you make”. As Cameron found if you go into a negotiation with no walk away position, you’ll get **** all. The EU didn’t for one minute think he’d walk away and recommend voting out, so he got an awful “ deal” prior to the referendum. Only a fool keeps doing the same thing again and again, so there must be a lot of fools on the Remain side, because they’re recommending the same approach this time. I’d be happy with no deal, but I’d be happier with a deal. How happier depends on the deal. I’d rather be out the EU without a deal, than in it. I’d imagine most leave voters feel the same way. 21. A good friend of mine for over 35 years hasn't got long left, and even the months he has got are going to be pretty horrendous. He told me about a month ago and its really put things into perspective. I remember my Dad's best friend passed away at 52 and being 18 ish at the time , I clearly remember thinking he hadn't had a bad innings . Now my mate won't reach 55 and it shocks me I ever thought 50 was old. It's been interesting reading people's take on old age and life. For me having children changed everything . The youngest of 5 is now 17, so maybe it's time for some me time. I've got a pretty ****ty job, that pays well, certainly way above what it should. Having been doing it for a number of years I'm stuck in a bit of a rut as I'm way over paid for the industry and skills I've got. My other half earns less but has a job she'd do for nothing, I guess that's the ideal situation to be in. I decided a long time ago that having a shiete working life, means I'm going to make up for it out of work. As for politics, it may come as a surprise but I don't discuss it with friends. I don't know how they vote or whether they're a Leaver or a Remainer and they don't know what I am. Clearly some will suspect and I'm sure some of my buddies are rampant lefties. You only get one life, that's it. Some make a mark, make a difference . I doubt I will, but I've bought 5 smashing kids up, who touch wood are all on the straight and narrow, decent members of society. That is a decent epitaph, that'll do me. 22. No, not for me. If you're going to play 3 at the back what's the point in then playing Davis & Boufal, one of which hardly scores & one of which has produced 10 minute cameos once in a while. There's even less goals in that line up, than our usual shambles. If you're going to play 3 at the back, then it must be to get 2 strikers up top. At home, I'd go with Austin & Gabbi , whilst away I'd go with Long & Gabbi. Tadic has to play in the 10 . Like him or loath him , he's proven quality . Hook him for Davis if we're winning or Boufal if we're chasing the game. I actually like a back 3, but we aren't good enough to just switch mid season. It needs constant drills & pre season to bed in. Anyway , there wasn't that much difference in our defensive formation last season, the full backs bombed on & OR sat deeper. Our diamond was very near to a 3-4-3 a lot of the time and that didn't exactly give us goals galore Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. He could be a lot ****ing worse. Nothing, absolutely nothing, he's done at the club merits him taking over from Forster. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Don't talk complete & utter pony man. He's done ****ing well through hard work, dedication and balls to go from Poole Town to Southampton. He hasn't "lucked out" at all. He may not be quite good enough for the top 10 of the premiership, but to say he "lucked out" and even more insultingly "doesn't care much", is high grade nonsense. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. I thought scoring goals was the problem. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
