  1. I apologise to Alpine and Glasgow unreservedly for enjoying this season so much, I realise now it was wrong of me. I promise not to attend any more matches this season, including my first ever trip to the New Wembley as I am particuarly concerned that I may enjoy that day even if we were to lose. I urge all other Saints fans to do the same.
  2. And Glasgow saint. What a hilarious thread that would be, not that I would know as I have them both on ignore!
  3. Yes, thanks, sorry for the typo. I had hoped to go for a £44 seat but will now get a £34 seat as far back as possible. Don't want to be on the upper tier, too far away from the action.
  4. I've noticed on the Online ticket sales that there are no £44 ticket options, just £24 and £34. Have we sold out all the £44 tickets?
  5. Does not mean I'm not disappointed about last nights result, I am. I think we should be doing better than we are. But yes, I'm enjoying the season.
  6. This is the problem. AS and GS seem to revel in the negativity and actively look for things to moan about. They are like a couple of old women: The thing is we are all disappointed with another draw but it's not like we are a million miles away from where we want to be. We are unbeaten this year (in the league) and only one of those was a home game. I for one am thoroughly enjoying this season.
  7. He can't, Phil Hall has taken the keys!
  8. Could this be the problem?
  9. Thanks for this. It looks like the best option, just 22 mins on the tube. I've always gone to Richmond before but I can see this makes more sense, cheers.
  10. Is it? If you take the train to West Hampstead and then Jubilee Line to Wembley Park, it's just 3/4 hour and fairly simple.
  11. The problem we have now is that the top six are getting closer and closer to each other and I think that will mean 6th place will end up with a higher no. of points this season.
  12. Put him on ignore. It's amazing how he will manipulate stats to draw the maximum amount of negativity. He really is a miserable s*d! Why does he bother to follow this club if all he can see is the negative?
  13. That's just what I have done (and Alpine). You are correct, you find yourself getting less wound up and enjoying the forum more.
  14. Massive result and surely our best performance of the season. Unbeaten (in the league) this year W2 D3 and four of those games were away.
  15. Storrie: M'lud the fight to save our club has become a symbolic struggle. Judge: A symbolic struggle against reality!
  16. Oh the big balls of the EPL. Instead of saying NO! they pass the buck on to FIFA. F****** joke!
  17. Can you repeat that.
  18. So we all believe Pompey to be insolvent. The courts believe Pompey to be insolvent. Even Vantis appointed by them believe Pompey to be insolvent. This has become a symbolic struggle for our fishy friends... ... symbolic of their struggle against reality.
  19. BBC link: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/p/portsmouth/8522283.stm The 'transfer window' rule is FIFA's, not the PL's. Do they really think that FIFA are going to waive the rule just for them.
  20. I think that is the case. If you at the stadium plan the lowest level i.e. nearest the pitch is split into three sections and that is why there are three price bands: £24 low section nearest the pitch £34 mid section £44 upper section Upper section for me.
  21. Don't worry B5 it's not you. However, I think I will take a look back at your previous posts and see if you are another miserable moaning ****. If you are then you're going on the list!
  22. 50% correct
  23. There a couple of members who have posted on this thread which was I think aimed at them among others. They are both on my ignore list. the thing is I really want to know what the have posted. should I take them off my ignore list. Decisions, decisions!!
  24. Tend to agree with much of what you say. The trouble is like many football forum's we have our fair share of serial moaners, I've decided to put them on my ignore list. The shirt issue is a classic case. The club are trying to do something special to celebrate the 125 year anniversary. Personally, I would prefer to see a striped shirt rather than the sash as has been suggested. However, if it is to be a sash then fine, I have no problem with that. Unfortunately, others will kick off over it. But when you look at where Poopey are now and where we were a year ago, thank God for Markus Liebherr.
  25. I've got a good idea how the club is looking:
