  1. ...as a dodo.
  2. Wait for all the wailing and gnashing of teeth when the freak fans turn up at the hospital.
  3. LA Times were saying coma but have now opted for dead instead. I reckon he's dead.
  4. Maybe Richard Blackwood could do the London gigs instead? Underrated IMO.
  5. Didn't Fialka say the goal posts were moved last Thursday (ie just before the end of the Exlcusivity Period)?
  6. Him and Lloyd Webber were the other members of Pinnacle. I'm gutted.
  7. Just a ploy to get out of performing IMO.
  8. No one gives a **** and it isn't the first time a football governing body has acted stupidly! As far as people are concerned we are in admin and deserve a penalty. I would agree with that. What we don't deserve is a further points penalty if a 75% majority of our creditors are satisfied, purely because we cannot obtain a specific type of agreement.
  9. If you own a Jacko ticket.
  10. Are you ITK Robsk? Robsk, in the Hall, with the candlestick. Rogered.
  11. To be honest, he hasn't looked well for quite a while now.
  12. This thread sould be moved to TMS immediately. It is in the best interests of the thread, the forum, its users and ultimately Jacko himself.
  13. Precisely.
  14. I'm not expert on CVAs but... (I think) A CVA is a form of exiting admin and recommencing trading. I don't think anyone wants to buy the PLC, ergo it will not exit administration. A CVA is therefore completely inappropriate and unobtainable.
  15. Did he have any views on Michael Jackson?
  16. Shamone! Glad I didn't buy a ticket for one of his gigs.
  17. Any hints? Was it Delap in disguise?
  18. Yes, but a CVA is a process of exiting admin. The entity in admin in our case will be wound up. I expect we could engineer a situation whereby SFC Ltd enters admin and emerges with a CVA, but if the FL insist the PLC has one we are fooked in any case. This is why they were retarded to try and apply their insolvency rules.
  19. Yes, he does. He's breached confidence and told you stuff.
  20. Very true. C'mon, let's 'ave it!
  21. Yes, was thinking the same thing. One money man is quite a different proposition from someone who hopes to use his contacts to get some money at some point down the line, maybe. That's Jacko's modus operandi. at the proposition: Relax, he's a Jew, he's bound to have loads of rich mates.
  22. @ "Rod Stewart", "Andrew Lloyd Webber", "Jim Ratcliffe"
  23. Couple of things: 1) I bet it's not Jim Ratcliffe. 2) I reckon the "Dutch" connection might continue, in name at least.
  24. If you knew she had done it, but it was up to you to convict/sentence her, would you let her off for a blowie?
  25. A&F will be feeling the strong arm of the law soon.
