I'm sure he already gets plenty of compliments from his current team mates, and certainly from the fans. Agreed we do need another top quality DM. Reed gambled and got lucky that Romeu didn't get a serious injury this season. He also gambled on the attacking and CB positions, which didn't pay off of course.

Says he in jest (I hope). I too have been (and still am) one of his staunch defenders, and maybe he'll one day prove to be world-class, but certainly not yet. Examples of world-class managers are Simeone and Mourinho (when he was younger at least).
