  1. Davis (the non-goalie) has a groan problem. The other Davis is fine.
  2. So he was a bit of a berk then? Boom boom. Talking about pie and mash, remember skinny Neil Shipperley? ....
  3. Half the restaurants here in San Diego are Mexican, so sign him up I say! And then I can order my Chicharito Saints shirt.
  4. I've always hated shaky cam. A cheap, lazy and nasty attempt to make a film more exciting. I blame the ****ing Blair Witch Project, and those hideous reality tv shows.
  5. Spurs. I think. What was the question again?
  6. Of course he'll score. He thinks he's off to Barcelona, so his confidence must be soaring again.
  7. Oh, sorry, I didn't realise that was our Pelle.
  8. Half? The only one I've heard of is Buffoon. If I didn't know better I would have guessed the other 10 were wines.
  9. It would be nice if he could do that for Saints.
  10. The DCFSBs being a prime example. Things are certainly not the same since that old bastard Mawhinney retired.
  11. I've just figured it out! Sir Ronald secretly started this rumour to give Pelle's sagging confidence a huge boost. It all makes sense now. The man's a genius (RK).
  12. Messi, Pedro, Neymar, Suarez and ..... Pelle.
  13. http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/pompey/awford-fans-within-rights-to-boo-1-6660918 The bestest™ booing in the land. Bit of a downer for the phew today, but at least one riddle has finally been solved. The reason there's still fat in the pipes is because they don't have any hot water in it to melt it.
  14. I agree, it's a disgrace a company increases prices when there is more demand. It makes my blood boil, for example, when airline tickets get more expensive in the summer and around Christmas.
  15. Best thread title ever?
  16. 56, and still eligible to play for Stevenage. He was on their subs bench last year. Reckon we could persuade him to join us for a season, and probably cheaper than Čech. He was brilliant in Merrington's great escape year, almost single-handedly keeping us up.
  17. He injured those as well? Holy shit. It's amazing no-one suggested a back-up goalie during the January window. But as they say, hindsight is 20-20. Yes, something for him to seriously think about. 12 months from now.
  18. 5th is definitely better than 6th, but not as good as 4th.
  19. Come on MLG, don't feed the troll. Anyway, back to reality. Who would take a guaranteed 5th now, above Spurs and Liverpool, versus gambling on an outside chance of 4th (or higher) with the risk of finishing lower than 5th?
  20. There's a possibility we go into the last match against City, with them having nothing to play for, and us needing a result to pip United for the 4th spot. If so, I wonder how much of a fight City would put up?
  21. I haven't given up hope for 4th. But finishing 5th, ahead of Brenda and Poch, would be a very nice consolation.
  22. Kelvin definitely, but I'll be buggered if I am going to give any credit to that bastard Lowe.
  23. I don't think it's that difficult to cover both possibilities in a contact, stating that the loan ends when Bournemouth's season is over: either at the end of the regular season itself, or after their last playoff match if they are involved. One sentence should do it.
