USA Saints - No more NBC Gold
Dark Munster replied to Dark Munster's topic in Overseas Saints / Supporters Groups
Just to pour salt on the wounds, I got notification today that Arsenal vs Saints has just been dropped from Peacock tomorrow and moved to NBCSN (which I don't subscribe to). And now there are hardly any PL matches on Peacock. Dodgy streams here we go. -
Can't argue with that.

I don't know about a screamer, but you can bet your house on him getting at least one to end his goal drought! https://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/1371972/Mikel-Arteta-Pierre-Emerick-Aubameyang-Arsenal-goal-drought-premier-league-news

It just got worse. The bastards have ditched all non-Peacock PL replays. Bait and switch, after promising us replays of all matches would be available. I can't believe they did this with less than one third of the season gone. -
Aubameyang hasn't scored from open play since the first match of the season (excluding own goals). We all know what happens next.
-
I wonder if Romeu could pick up a yellow before the match starts, get suspended for this one, and so would be definitely available for Arsenal and City. He could shove the ref just before warm up. But not too hard. He doesn't want to get a red.

I'll see your Amen and raise you an Hallelujah.
-
-17 goal difference after only 11 games?? Are you sure? Oh wait ...
-
Mine too. Romeu a close second, who also had a great game.
-
That may be true, but you can't argue that he's a legend in his own mind.

I think some posters are confusing being unlikeable with being totally crap at their job. It's possible to be one without the other. Mourinho and the Clown being examples from both sides. Saggy did of course achieve being both.
-
Did Bednarek get one of those goals?
-
I wouldn't say the clown was unlikeable, in fact he seemed a decent enough person. It's just he couldn't manage his way out of a wet paper bag.

That's a very specific prediction. If you're right I'll eat my hat send you money to buy me a lottery ticket.
-
So unless the Skates are tier 3 they'll be back to their normal level.
-
Shame Spurs now have a manager who knows how to win trophies. With City in disarray and Liverpool with serious injury problems, they (Spurs) could have a shot at the title this year. It would be amusing if Leicester pip them to it again, although that would make me very jealous of them.
-
I've been saying this for years. I would suggest the goalie sub can only be used in the event of injury, not as a tactical move to time waste in added time.
-
Not really, because offside is determined when the ball is played forward. After that it doesn't matter how you score, as long as the attacker's feet are level or behind the feet of the last defender at the moment of the pass. The idea is to make it simpler to implement, while not making a drastic change in the rule.
-
Even better, change the offside rule so that only feet are considered. The position of pointing arms, hairy arm pits, etc. are then irrelevant. Simples.
-
Yes. And then going off injured until we meet again. You can bet your house on it.
-
Me too. As long as it doesn't involve us.

Not from bloody Monaco I hope.
