Confirmed by Tanswell as well https://twitter.com/J_Tanswell/status/1565415149032415233

What player would agree to that though? You’re not going to sign for your previous club and then immediately sign for another one just so your previous club can make a few quid.
-
PSV are clearly trying to get more money for him. Still think he’ll go, but maybe Leeds more likely at this stage
-
Hopefully the buy out only kicks in after a certain period of time
-
He’s been playing so long he’s basically every other counties nemesis by this point… We probably were a little short with the bat given the position we got ourselves in, but could have bowled better as well. Shame, but hopefully we can keep up the pressure in the CC
-
They’ve sorted the audio on the live feed now
-
Agreed. Same goes to the idiots saying the club are leaking stories so they can claim “they tried”…. We’ve signed several players and, crucially, got them in early. If that means a quieter end to the window then that’s still a positive overall
-
Looking very much like we’ll be playing Kent in the Semis on Tuesday. Shame they couldn’t schedule it on the BH to get a better crowd…
-
Has he actually been linked away? Or is all the comments here speculation?
-
Great innings by a few, but Donald in particular has given us a great chance. Seems like all the players have made important contributions at some point in the group stages On commentary they were saying that Hants are missing 11 1st teamers for this comp (8 to the Hundred, and 3 more who are red ball only). Quite incredible how they’ve performed to date!
-
Or he’s requested to leave? We have no clue what’s going on, and we are only 3 games into the season so a little soon for such statements
-
Not sure if it's been said already in this thread but Alisha Ware has moved to play College Football in the US. Guessing that's a scholarship? https://nusports.com/sports/womens-soccer/roster/alisha-ware/10480

This is my view. You can’t just parachute players in for a single game. Some people were moaning about this after finals day, saying they were missing England players. When I asked whether those players played much in getting their team to finals day though they were curiously silent 😂
-
Prest has a great future it seems. What an innings for a 19 year old! Wonder if we can put him as an opener in the county championship 😂
-
I genuinely think this is why Man City want Delap to go to a championship team. He scores 15+ goals in an inferior league and his value will likely be £30+m next summer
-
Lewis McManus has moved to Northants permanently. Will be a real blow to lose Fuller... Can only imagine it's because he can't settle here as he's become a key player for us this year
-
Only watched a bit, but Djenepo looked good I thought, albeit I’m not sure the stepovers are doing him any favours! I do wish we’d look to be a bit quicker at getting the ball into the box sometimes. We get a quick breakaway with someone dribbling down the wing, but instead of crossing in and having players busting a gut to get on the end of it, the winger will cut back away from the goal and look to pass inside. Every. Single. Time.
-
Tbh this makes me a fair bit less likely to go watch them… Really enjoyed it at a smaller ground where you can wander around and pick your spot to watch from. Add in that attendances will likely be very low compared to St Mary’s capacity and it doesn’t sound like the best fan experience for me, more of a PR stunt. I guess on the flip side some players will be swayed to sign for us by the opportunity to play in our stadium every week.
-
I’m taking his appearance at the ground as a clear “come and get me” message to the Saints board, and no amount of rational counter arguments will sway me from this view!
-
Quite an ironic post mate… all I’ve done is post my opinion, which as you rightly point out is what forums are designed for.
-
Tbf what one person thinks is an epic moment plenty of others will be completely non-plussed about…. Why people who are non-plussed feel so strongly about their non-plussedness that they need to tell the world (or Saints fans) that they are non-plussed and why they should be as well is the real head-scratcher here. Anyway, congrats to the ladies! Looking forward to the final on Sunday. Think we need to defend a little better and certainly start better, but we’ve got a great chance no matter which of Germany or France we’re playing
-
8 down now thankfully. We seem a strange bowling outfit in the CC this season. No problem getting the top order out, but always struggle with the tail!
-
As we have no Cricket Defectors Watch thread I’ll leave this here congrats to him! Shame it didn’t work out but he never set the world alight here tbh
-
I don't think they have given tickets away tbf. I think tickets were so cheap a lot of people bought on a whim and then couldn't be bothered to travel when the game came around. Add to that the COVID rate ATM and it's not that surprising there's a lot of empty seats
