  1. Who cares what they think or sing - he scored, remains leading scorer in the Championship. If he keeps this up all season and we go up then, imo, he will have reached "legend" status.
  2. How about: Bart - the Poles are mad boys, especially after a little wodka! He kicks it off! Jos - he's lived in Glasgow so he must be able to handle himself Rickie - Scouser, similar rationale as for Jos Jaidhi - "big lad" Deano - nobody gets anickname like Deano without being a bit "hard"
  3. If they have 400 tickets left over then I'll happily take two! (I'm not a STH so didn't apply and have seen no mention anywhere that i could apply).
  4. I appreciate the analysis - it's not very often that we go to the top of a league and stay there for some time, so I plan to enjoy the trip! But being a Saints fan I can also appreciate the desire from some not to tempt fate.
  5. A good win tonight, especially after going behind
  6. What about Alan Ball ? OK, he didn't play for both clubs but he managed both and played for Saints
  7. yeah, but it has Jos in the list at $1.3 million, whereas we haven't bought him yet. So the numbers aren't precise, but someone's estimate of each player's market value.
  8. At leaset once a day. I still can't believe it that it's Saints, on top, leading by 5 points !
  9. Not trained by Mick Channon by any chance ?
  10. Nice article, but no surprise as I am one of the Guly fans.
  11. Was the beer quality any good - we heard lots about the good beer at Brighton's new ground?
  12. That pass to de Ridder was sublime - but then again the ball to Hammond, which lead to his second yellow was poor - it kinda sums him up.
  13. I'm not sure about the Skates game - they will be up for it, determined to ruin our efforts to continue our good start, but the rest of the away games do look winable!
  14. What a noise from the Saints fans !!! Love it!
  15. He's very consistent in his messaging and listening to him gives me confidence that he's the right man to take us back to the Premier League.
  16. He had a good game last night. My MOM.
  17. I had to sit in the Chapel last night, so I had the chance to listen to the Northam, West Ham and Blocks 1,2 and 3. West Ham were very effective - on the very few occassions they sang "bubbles" - they were loud and clear. They were louder than the Northam, who were hard to hear from the Chapel. So it may have been rocking but we couldn't hear much of it in the Chapel. I still think we should have a whole end for our singers, 4,000+ singing together would really be eefective.
  18. Just hope your wife doesn't visit this site or you may be missing more matches !
  19. I saw that and was wondering if this was a computer glitch not.... Any ITKs able to comment ?
  20. Hey, don't take it too personally - it made me smile after a tough afternoon in the office !
  21. Only just watched the highlights of the game - wow, we looked good! Some great passing football and a great goal from Rickie. Looking forward to the West Ham game.
  22. It's a real scheme. I work with a Swansea fan in London, who had to drive to Swansea to go on the coach to Cardiff. This was the only way Swansea fans culd go to thegame
  23. Disappointing situation - even though it was never agreed how often the flag would be used with the club before I contributed (if it was agreed then I've forgotten) but I was expecting a constructive discussion with the club on its use. They want a passionate atmoshhere at the statium to encourage the team and this was one thing some of us did feel passionate about and I at least would like to see it more than once a year..
  24. 70% win ratio with Saints or across his managerial career (I guess the former)?
