  1. For once I think I'll stay up to watch it - great win today ! (almost makes up for losing last w/e)

    Trouble?

He's not hard enough for this film!
  3. After the excitement of Saturday, it's all a bit of an anti-climax and as we lost 4-1, it doesn't feel right..................
  4. Have we really got 44,000 fans ???
  5. OK spread the word - that's where I'm going for a sing song !
  6. I think you've missed what was going on in the build-up - no-one's going to talk defeat when there's a chance to win. Most of would like to have won but recognised that you are a premier side and we are League one - and we occupy these positions for a reason - therefore we expected to lose. Our chance to win lasted until your third goal; our big joy is that our team didn't disgrace itself, nor did our fans. However, this was a derby and we expected a lot more from your fans. They were very quiet and didn't contribute very much to the event off the pitch once the game had started. Best fans in the land ......... that's a ghost buried for ever !!
  7. Here talks a man that has just been in court on charges of tax evasion................... I bet he didn't think of all the UK taxpayers he was hurting when he set up his dodgy deal, now he complains of harassment! He may be found not guilty, but there's something rotten at the heart of Portsmouth FC and once again the fans will suffer the consequences.
  8. This is the one to bring yr kids to for their first game - not sure i would have used the Poopey game for an introduction, the possibility of lots of bad language, aggression etc, could put off potential fans for life !
  9. I was last there in 1979 - so i don't want to miss this one !!!
  10. Only a 55,000 stadium - disappointing !
  11. There was also, Do you take it up the a**e? which although it made me laugh, it also made me cringe as well..........

    Trouble?

I would say it makes you "Lucky!"
  13. I think yesterday there was more continuous singing and chanting than at the Sheff Utd game - but that game had a great end to it............
  14. I couldn't believe when the nearly all of the The Chapel stood up when the chant started. There was a really great atmosphere - everyone was up for it yesterday. I saw this old boy and his wife giving it all on "There's only one team in Hampshire", both out of their seats, yelling it out and gesticulating to the skates. Amazing !
  15. I was sat in the Chapel and couldn't really hear much more than PuP - what is this fire drill song ?
  16. The winner !
  17. Great videos, thanks !
  18. Why didn't you go and help ?
  19. His throw-ins did create trouble, he definitely is getting better.
  20. They were very poor and only really got going when they went 3-1 up. We bossed them vocally - I was in the Chapel (block 16) and dreading it but everyone was up for it - I've never seen so many 50 yr olds jumping out of their seats and givin' it to Poopey. Our fans were awesome today - and even singing Pay Up Pompey worked as it completely shut them down. A bit disappointed that a few fans left at 3-1 and that Saints didn't really vome and thank the crowd at the end
  21. Hey, steady on !
  22. No thanks - our last experience with DOF wasn't all that it was supposed to be and I'm not convinced we need one.
  23. Yeah but most of them speak English as a second langauge, keep it simple and in English
  24. Totally agree - this is not about a football match - it's about a passion !! Unfortunately I'm in the Chapel and until you get there you've no idea how the crowd will react but I'm up for it.
