Team v Swindon away 09/10: Davis, James, Thomas, Lancashire, Harding, Schneiderlin, Wotton , Mellis, Lallana, Paterson , Lambert First Team now: Davis , Richardson, Fonte, Jaidi, Harding , Schneiderlin, Hammond, Puncheon, Lallana, Barnard, Lambert So...3 of the back 4 are better ....2 new and better midfielders ....Another striker who can get over 20 goals in L1. Your'e nuts if you say that a team with James, Wotton and Paterson (very slow players) is better and has more pace than one with Richardson , Puncheon and Barnard. -

I have highlighted the word nobody seemed to have read. It might not neccesarily take exactly two weeks , but it should be no longer. Caldwell has also had offers from 2 Championship clubs - believed to be Preston + M'Boro. -

Yeah I know what you mean , we all want some incoming players soon! None of the above deals are really imminent....I understand that a fee has been agreed for Stock and that could be done (if it goes through) within the next couple of weeks. The rest are at a stage of initial talks with the clubs or with agents. Aliadiere would join on a free. OH! just found out another name mentioned around the training ground.... Steven Caldwell who was released by Burnley. -

Lee Trundle is in talks but I'm not sure that he is the "massive" signing TBH. -
The only one who actually put his heart into the club and accepted that he made mistakes and overspent at times. Came back and put his own money in to save the club whilst that other W^nker , Lowe , just walked off with a smug grin on his face. Cheers Crouchy!

News from the insider: - Possible move for Lee Hendrie ? - Adu wanted 20k a week , Cortese was having none of it. - Calderon wanted to be the highest paid player - again no chance. - Liverpool interested in Schneiderlin with Shelvey on loan coming to us . - Pardew's budget for transfers is £5-6 million - We will go for loan deals if deals for the 4 players we are talking to ATM (RB, centre mid, cover out wide and 4th striker) fall through. Sorry if any of the above have been mentioned before- been away for a week. -
Well that would definitely be a step-back in his career

Le Tiss must have felt awkward when Peter Jones said : "you would have to be mad to get involved in owning a football club" -
Beckham was the most passionate player last night...and he wasn't even playing. Maybe manager in a few years when he gets experience
-
Yeah, lets sign a 4th left-back
-
Spot on. I was bemused as to why he didn't come on yesterday- he changes games. Team v Slovenia should be IMO: -----------------James-------------------- -Johnson---Terry---Upson----A.Cole- -----------------Barry---------------- -Lennon-------Lampard-----J.Cole- ---------------Gerrard-------------- ---------------Rooney-------------- simples.
-
Is it me or when he talks in the interview he blinks about 5 million times a second?

If GCSE results are good then the exams are "too easy" But if GCSE results are bad then the young generation are a load of yobs and the teaching is bad You just can't satisfy some people.

2010/2011 League One Fixtures - out now! Plymouth (home) first
Saint_lambden replied to stevegrant's topic in The Saints
Home/Away to Plymouth, always seemed a bogey team the last couple seasons we we're in the championship, would be nice to get a win in a tricky encounter early. -
One of these will happen at the meeting then.... - Approve the current administrators proposal - Modify the CVA - Reject CVA The question is.....which one is most likely to happen?
-
No that's Omar Koroma http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Omar_Koroma
-
I thought I heard that the CVA thing had to be agreed by the time the fixtures are released (Thursday) hence why the meeting is on the same day. That's what is confusing me- where would they get the money from to pay 65p in the pound to every person/company owed. The creditors ? ....are they shareholders?
-
So if a CVA if not accepted by the end of Thursday they will start the season on a points deduction?
