That Lewandowski guy from Dortmund looks pretty handy, 10 goals from 18 shots on target in the CL (according to the BBC). If we dont put a bid in for him this summer the club has no ambition and we should demand the board to resign!

On the exception of Ajax, PSV, Feyenoord and this season Vitesse, the Dutch Eredivie is about Championship standard, with the bottom 3 teams on League One level. Back on topic, I would add Andrew Davies (who if I am correct won player of the season when we narrowly escaped relegation to League One) to that list and Matthew Bates (who I thought would be a decent Premier League CB a few seasons ago).

SRL goal away at City is one my highlights of this season. Couldn't believe we had equalised and what it must of meant to SRL scoring a goal in the PL. If we can finish between 10th and 13th, the players remain injury free and Lambert stays topscorer of the English players, I would give this season a 9/10.

Pleased with a point, Swansea looked dangerous everytime they went forward, though we also had some good chances. Once we are mathematically safe, I think we should start resting some first team players and playing some youngsters, Rickie, Morgan and Shaw are starting to look tired. Looking forward to the West Brom game, we should win that one.

Thanks for the video. The highlights do show we have to work on our defending at set pieces and balls in to the box. We have 2 great full backs in Clyne and Shaw, and with Yoshida a decent CB, it just shows we need a commanding CB next to Yoshida (like often stated on here).

We should first try and flog the likes of De Ridder, Barnard, Lee, Fox etc. Then see which of the academy players are ready to join the first team (Targett, Chambers, Stephens, Rowe etc). Once we have established that, I would see where we need to strengthen. As it stands I would like to see a CB to join Yoshida in defence, with Fonte and Forren as back up and Hooiveld to be sold (great Championship defender, but if we want to progress next season we shouldnt be playing him). A left winger with some pace would also be welcome, with Lallana moving to a more central position and cover for the RB position.

Savage just showed some clips why Rickie should and should not be in the England squad. According to Savage, SRL shouldnt be in the squad because he doesnt have pace, and missed that chance against Liverpool. Said if he preforms the like this next season he should be given a chance, but could then be too old. So you have to preform for a few seasons to get into the England squad, but once you are in, you dont have to preform in the league or for England anymore (you will be called up anyway)

Was a hard choice between Lambert, Yoshida, Clyne, Jrod and Shaw. Went for Lambert because of the goal and for being amazing. Its going to be tough trying to keep hold of Clyne over the summer.
