One minute I am nervous as hell, I think its the hope and expectation thats doing it. The next I am quite calm as I look at this as our "bonus" game, we have another chance if it goes tits up today. But I desperately want it fininshed today, I cant stand another week of this.

Absolutely. Plymouth have no second chance, we do. Plymouth will be tired and nervous, they do not have the depth in squad. If we can keep them out for the first half hour when they should throw everything at us I would hope as the game goes on we take charge. Of course it probably wont work out like that. :-)

I think that is pretty much the message Adkins will have given them all this week. Always remember last time we were promoted I read one of Lawrie's teamtalks - I think it was away to Luton - talked about all the things the players valued and held dear was being kept in a cupboard and the Luton players were the only ones stopping them getting to it. That would be the kind of message I would put over for the next couple of games.

Putting the fear of God up Man Utd for almost an hour on national TV was pretty good. But the comeback against MK Dons was it for me.

The only way Brighton will be up for it is if the players are on a bonus to reach 100 points. They would have no other reason to care but for all players money talks.

For anyone who thinks Brighton will be up for this game and looking to leave the Withdean on a high......think again :-(

and Barnet will hate us too then.....altho he did get sent off after 30 mins on his debut so they probably improved for the final hour of the game

Funny thing is in most cases its not the clubs who hate us - ie players/manager/chariman etc its just some fan posting on a web site similar to this who remembers something that may or may not have happened years ago - David Bull's article in yesterdays matchday programme being a case in point. I hate Everton.....well I hate Adrian Heath for the FA Cup semi final in 1984....and even though many players and teams have dumped on us in the 27 years since then he/they are still top of my list :-(
