Probably the best place I have ever visited. We stayed a couple of times on the Upper West Side which is more relaxed than Times Square etc but walking New York City is the real treat, so much to see and do. Would agree with all the sites mentioned by others and you get some great views walking across the Brooklyn Bridge.....but Brooklyn is no great shakes to be honest. As for food, Pappa Gumps in Time Square is a little expensive but good, a nearby bbq place called Spankys do some great chicken and steak meals and whatever you do find an old fashioned diner somewhere in manhattan for breakfast, dont do brekkie at the hotel, all New Yorkers go out for breakfast. You will see why ! Have a great time.

I think it will have, I cant imagine Dan will be fit to play for several months having sustained a head injury.

I think a lot of the problem is, as he did with this transfer window, he says barely 24 hours before the window shuts that nobody will be leaving or arriving at Dean Court then before the ink is dry on that story someone has gone, in this case Feeney. Once is excusable but this is at least the third time he has done it....and that doesnt include the Eddie Howe debacle.

Holmes appears to be ahead of Dickson for left midfield and we all know that no professional club would even look at Forecast......unless like Pulis he has a famous father who could loan them a decent player from his club for looking after the kid :-)

I thought he was ok. The best game he had for us was the first game Dodd and Gorman were in charge. Rudi played in midfield and was outstanding. Next thing he was on loan to some bloody German club !! Burley was to blame for us not seeing the best of Skacel. He was average at left back yet good old George decided that was the best place to play him !

Swindon got a League game, no international breaks in Div 1 and 2. You must remember, it was only last year :-)

All depends on International call-ups......Aldershot will be playing Carlisle next week in their 2nd round game, just said on Sky. I see no reason why we wont play Swindon next week.

Yep typical Saints, not signing someone who has had ankle problems, had an op on it in March and managed only one part of a game this season ! Fancy not being able to pass a medical !!
